Yeh that L.O.D/Road Warrior comment they made....didnt make any sense to me. When WWE puts Hawk & Animal in a videogame, its always in there LOD attire.
Lex is a pos....but if they do a figure....make it his USA attire

IMO it is theyre more iconic look and its represents the highest point of their career so I agreed with the Road Warriors being the chosen attire. |

well I grew up in NY.....we didnt get NWA or WCW on tv. We had WWF.

WCW with black trunks. I know it's plain, but it's still the better point in his career. I think USA Lex was terrible. That being said, I expect us to see the 93ish version since it's more colorful and his WWE run, if we do get Lex.

considering he was "The Narcissist" for less than a year I would really go against having that figure made.
I'd like to see Mattel take a stab at his USA gear....or his WCW run. Because let's face it...Lex had a much bigger & better career in WCW than WWF.

considering he was "The Narcissist" for less than a year I would really go against having that figure made. I'd like to see Mattel take a stab at his USA gear....or his WCW run. Because let's face it...Lex had a much bigger & better career in WCW than WWF. I really want the Narcissist for 2 reasons. 1. Its the only era of his career that hasnt had a figure produced yet 2. It would fit in perfectling with my Hasbro themed collection ;D |

y'know I'm fine with Lex coming as the Narcissist or USA versions because really he's one of the easier fix-ups thanks to figures like Texas Tornado (yellow trunks), Triple H (black trunks), and Paul Orndroff (blue trunks) for simple head-pops, white wrist tape, and white boots transfers.
The only thing that would bug me a bit is that his Narcissist/USA gimmicks had him with short hair.

I'd take any of Luger's gimmicks. wCw would be ideal but the Narcissist or USA would make for flashier lloking figures.

Bandy, easy fix would be to cut a mullet off of beth pheonix or someone with matching hair, thin out the top and glue it on the back of the head like i did with my razor customs. Once its glued on, thin out the connecting peice more with a sharp blade till it looks natural
One more thought on road warriors, i think almost every figure you get (minus big nwa/wcw/etc stars that werent big in the wwf) you can call the wwe/wwf version the most iconic. If u asked a dozen people randomly to name a wrestling company i bet 90 percent if not 100 would say wwf or wwe. Vince made wrestling a mainstream media. They dominated videogames, toys, clothing etc etc. I def respect what the other companys have done but 9 out of 10 times i think the wwf version would be more iconic
Although im very biased cuz i never watched nwa as it was never on cable here where i live in canada

I started watching NWA around late 87 and would like a Luger that be a Horsemen or fight the Tully and Arn we're getting. I can fix up that era attire with a USA or WCW era (pre 90 haircut and world title run) but I'd love the flexibility to make both eras. But then I'd still want the ponytailed fighting the nWo look too. Hmmm.

I say black trunks, tall white boots, black kneepads. With removable black slacks and puffy white shirt for when he appeared on the first Nitro. The USA Luger would be cool too or an NWA version with different colored trunks. They could go with blue, green, orange, purple, etc.

id say it'd probably be his USA attire. every time wwe does something with luger lately (in smackdown vs raw 2011, online bio's, etc) it always features him in the patriotic gimmick. they seem to want to only showcase that Luger.
