April 1st 2012: The WWE had the biggest pay per view of all time. Wrestle Mania 28 little did the fan base know it would be there last big event. The executive vice president of talent relations John Laurinaitis was voted on by the board of directors and stock holders alike to become the new CEO. Instead of revamping the current state of the WWE, he called a press conference and calling it a urgent matter stated he had spoken with a mortal enemy of the long time WWE staff former WCW vice president of talent relations and current CEO of Total Non Stop Action Wrestling Eric Bischoff. The two men have came to an agreement to combine organizations and from this point on be known as World Championship Wrestling Entertainment.
April 2-9 2012: The last two broadcasts of both company's aired. TNA had there final pay per view crowning a new World champion in James Storm. However during a court appearance on the 9th to make everything complete and legal with the merger of the two organizations. Eric Bischoff only presented seven contract deals he would like the new company to renew. James Storm was however not one of them. It is unknown who the other six are at this point. But the new board of directors decided to equally pay each talent that was not granted a new contract a buy out of there current one and a good reference for any independent organization they chose to join. However the 90 day no compete clause still stands for all former WWE employees.
April 10th 2012: The new World Championship Wrestling Entertainment would do away with several former WWE superstars, pay per views, championships, and web site employee's. The new web site is under construction and will be back online soon. This now makes WCW the biggest in the business with it's only competition the NWA ( 10 different territory's ) and it's small Atlanta GA affiliate PWX (A Alternative "Hardcore" Federation) However Eric Bischoff was quoted during a interview he saw them as no competition.
April 11th 2012: MSNBC News reported the facts of the merger, TNA will not carry over any championships only the history. The new company has access to former promotions library's WCW, ECW, TNA. However AWA and the NWO label were not sold during the agreement. Those still belong to the McMahon family who have sold there stock exchange during the merger. Vince McMahon will be using the WWE logo and name and library for his filming company to produce Documentery DVD's and box office movies. Neither company has any right to use any former WWE footage from any era after the first Nitro.

Final WWE RAW: John Laurinaitis comes out with his legal aid and says he wants to introduce a man who will be the new face of the new WCW, and the guy who will face John Cena at the first WCW Nitro event. He shows a clip of last week's RAW, then says Dave Batista will bring legitimacy back to sports entertainment, and Batista comes out and thanks John for being smart and bringing him back. John Cena doesn't waste any time coming out. He says thank you for last week and proceeds to slap Batista in the face. Batista takes him to the mat and they start brawling while a huge group of wrestlers and agents run out and try and separate them.

Final WWE Smack-Down:
Kane came out to the ring with his normal entrance after the main event. He climbed into the ring and took the microphone from Justin Roberts. He turned to the audience and began reaching for his mask. He slowly removed it to reveal his make up covered face. The hair on his head was messy from being under the wig he had been wearing. He went on to say the following,
Kane: For years I've been plauged by this mask and tournmented by this company! The suits have made fun of me and have made me into a show act for all you narcissistic morons. Well today that all comes to an end! No more gimmicks! No more mask's! No more resurrections of the same. I am as you see me now! I am a real monster! I burned my parent's alive by accident I had no choice but to blame it on my brother the Undertaker! I watched helplessly as their flesh burned from their bones! Then my real farther Paul Bearer pulled me from the flames. I believed for years I was burned like them and I was a freak but one day I removed the leather mask to see nothing but emotional scars! Then I sat out to destroy everything I ever loved in my way! Now it's complete the WWE as we know it is dead! DEAD! DEAD! And so is the man known as a side show freak for your sick pleasures. When I come to WCW, I will bring nothing but this face and pain to all who stand before me! Ahahahaha!
