Just noticed this pic and the house in the background was the one they used in the opening sequence of Summerslam 89. Anyone else noticed that and know who's it was? - I always wondered if it was Vince's house maybe but guess it could be Andre's? Cool find. I enjoyed those pre-show opening sequences in the late 80s/early 90s PPVs. Andre had the farm house in North Carolina so don't think this is his house. Could be either Tim White's or probably another WWF employee. |

Thought this one was cool, cause it had to have taken place during the Monday Night Wars   And thought this one was cool because although Savage won the WWF Title, that's not the belt that he held. I assume maybe it was a confusing finish were Savage thought we won, but the decision was reversed or something. If not, I'm not sure why he has that belt, unless it's similar to when Vince had Luger come out at a house show that time with the WWF Title. |
