Yes he needed at least to have thicker legs.....why they gave CODY RHODES such thick legs in Elite 13, but gave Arn Anderson a body like Collin Delaney I'll never understand.

They should have used the Austin torso IMO, and as someone else said he needs the higher boots.

Not really. I think the torso will work for him, because he was about 5' 11" - 6'. And I may be wrong, but I think he was slightly smaller in the WWE as the BrainBusters. At least in my mind I remember him being thinner/smaller then. So I think with that torso he'll fit in scale wise with other figures. He'll be larger (thicker) than the Rockers, Bret, Piper, Orton but not as big as guys like Orndorff, Warrior, Road Warriors. but I do think his legs need to be thicker.

the mid-sized boots ala Bret Hart are just fine, that's the kind of boots Arn wore - he didn't wear tall boots. his knee pads were down below the knee like Ric Flair and Tully Blanchard - maybe that's what's throwing some of you off.

you guys are such apologists, that Arn looks terrible. He looks like he could you 75 passes through the damn buffet line before it would look like Arn's body. . but it's Mattel so Ef it! That Bundy on the other hand looks great. You're right, they should have put his head on a Paul Orndorff body. I mean, it doesnt make sense but its what Jakks would do and They rulez! |

Personally, I think it looks great, but I refuse to shell out 30+ bucks for it after shipping. I'll be making a fixup with some spare parts and an old CS Arn head.

As for Arn - you'd agree he has a rather unique body compared to other wrestlers right? He's got a little gut and prominent love handles right? So without requiring unique tooling/sculpting to create a torso suitable for Arn, what other torsos in Mattel's current inventory would work you think? Your pissed about his body, have you seen his Jakks body? Arn wishes he was that toned when he was in his youth. Y'know with a name like "greensboro" i thought you'd be more excited than some of us about this release since it is Horseman country! |

He wore his knee pads below his knees like Ric Flair and he's always had medium-sized boots - nothing is wrong with his boots, whoever displayed the proto just put his knee pads up to his knees and everyone's thrown off by seeing those calves.  There's a guy named Bill from an old old website called ddtdigest.com/anderson - he's probably Arn's BIGGEST fan. He'll confirm anything Arn-related. |

dude, the tip of the tongue of those boots is what's making it look like it's tall - you can clearly see they're medium sized from the leg in the back with his calf showing. Only thing with that pic is that Arn actually has his knee pads at his knees for that one, and he's not wearing those long-style knee pads anyways.
The boots are fine how they are, yes his body could be a little thicker but they don't have the right sculpt for that. Iron Sheik is too muscular and Volkoff/Duggan are too fat.
