PWG has booked Shane Strickland vs. Dezmond Xavier for their next show. Prepare to be blown away boys. Those two have a Ricochet/Ospreay like chemistry that produces INSANE matches. Absolutely perfect fits for PWG.
Cole/Callihan and Lio Rush/Trevor Lee are both booked as well.
It seems like PWG is without a doubt on the upswing for the first time in a LONG time.

So are they ever gonna book local boys instead of fly ins again? ...speaking of 'boys', it'd be great to see Dalton Castle and The Boys again, eh? Better than B-Boy at any rate, eh?When did you become Canadian? Also B-Boy's awesome.

This match will be 3 Stars (at best), unless Sabre goes full heel here. I still think Scurll winning the title is the way to go, but ZSJ could get a HUGE boost as PWG champ if he cheats and demolishes Chuck. He's been a lackluster champion (excluding his matches against Roddy) and needs something big to generate buzz as the main guy. I've always said he'd be an awesome heel because he has that smarmy prick persona in the ring down 100%. As PWG goes so go the majority of independents, so here's hoping Zach Sabre Jr becomes the new d**khead he needs to become. As I've said before I am 100% behind ZSJ going heel. I think it's not just the next logical step for his career, but he just comes off so much better that way.

So are they ever gonna book local boys instead of fly ins again? Probably not. And as long as they keep booking great young Indy talent like Dezmond Xavier, Shane Strickland, JT Dunn, Lio Rush, etc I'm perfectly fine with that. David Starr is the only guy in hoping to see in PWG soon that they haven't booked yet. The recent additions to the roster are awesome.

That show looks great honestly. It's a little weird not having Hero around though. Hero/Rush would have been GOLD before Hero signed.

This show looks outstanding. It seems to me that PWG has finally found their groove once again. They're doing some fantastic things the past few shows.

I went to "Game Over, Man", I would suggest picking it up if you haven't yet. Great show. The Togo/ZSJ match was awesome. The crowd killed it a bit with some dumb dick chants. Got to meet War Machine too and get my pic with the IWGP tag team titles. Somehow not a thing everyone was doing.

Nothing really screamed 'BUY ME!' in that latest one, but Cobb is well and truly inhuman...amazing strength... Yeah that show looked weak honestly. Although Trent? Vs. Sabre appears to be the best Trent match since the one with Hero.

He's a blast to watch and I think he's the most consistent. He has admittedly been on a role lately in PWG. There's just guys on the shows currently that I'm a much bigger fan of. Though I do like him being positioned at the top of the card at the moment.

So Human Tornado might be in BOLA 2017
Finally a Non Fly-In, getting sick of lack of local talent.

Has he still been wrestling?! He wrestled in the GCW Acid Cup last October and honestly he put on a good show but kinda appeared to just not really care. He was slightly rusty as well. But I think in a PWG setting he'll be pretty motivated.

If he had 1 or two matches that weekend, it could work. I think Human Tornado would be over for a short stint.
If he sticks around after that, he'll get boo'd by the crowd worse than Joey Ryan does.

Personally I wish he'd have stayed retired...was never a fan. He was honestly really entertaining the first few months after his career took off. But then he just got lazy and sloppy. Some of the matches he had in CZW, IWAMS and PWG were entertaining as hell despite his limited skill in the ring. Had he stuck around and actually worked hard he could have had a bright career. In other news, JAMES ING FRANCO was at the PWG show Friday night. My god....this company attracts some AMAZING attention.
