I wouldn't be against it but not at Roddy's expense, that dude has worked too hard for too long to not get a proper reign. I guess. He's facing Roddy when PWG returns and I hope he wins. I love Roddy and all but this would elevate Lee to the next level. I am happy for Roddy that he has a proper reign though, regardless. Lee is his first defense, it wouldnt be a proper reign at all. And im a huge fan of Trevor i think he'll be there by years end honestly.

I never thought much of Trevor Lee. He does that moonsault slam thing which is neat and the occasional cool foot stomp, but none of his matches have really impressed me or have been memorable. To be fair, nothing from PWG over the past year or two has been terribly memorable, the shows are no longer near as special.

I heard the wrestlers have to get premission to work for a show. Many ROH talents are still working on other shows

Monster Mafia and the beaver boys make their debut. Looks like Beyond Wrestling, CZW, and Smash will get to show off some of their finest talents. Monster Mafia is dope so I'm sure their match will be sweet. Never seen a Beaver Boys or Mike Bailey match though.

For fans of Candice that would've been a memorable moment, but I don't think she's that great. PWG just seems to be spots now, gone are the days of Bryan Danielson, El Generico, Claudio Castagnoli etc. Many people enjoy what PWG do now and I can understand why they might, but I don't think it's near as good as it was years ago.

I can name plenty of memorable stuff that has happened in PWG in the last 3 years. And this is how it always goes. PWG isn't like it was years ago, ROH isn't like it was years ago, WWE isn't like it was years ago. I understand you miss it but if you really miss it that much then buy the DVD and watch those instead of this. If you don't find something enjoyable then why watch? Don't use the " cause I wanna see it get better excuse." Were the indies amazing back then with all of those names? Yes, but they are pretty amazing now because of all these new guys tearing it up.

To me, Independent wrestling will never reach the heights it reached years ago because the style on the Indys has changed. It use to have guys like Bryan Danielson having awesome technical matches on a monthly basis with matches of a caliber to go on Monday Night Raw. Now on the independents, they substitute psychology, selling and technical wrestling for high spots garnered to just get a reaction. I use to really appreciate Independent wrestling when it was like so, but it won't be the same. I do watch older shows and buy the DVDs, I still watch PWG occasionally because of a couple guys I do like were there. I don't get a kick out of the Rich Swann/AR Fox/ACH type guys in PWG but I still enjoy watching Roderick Strong, Kyle O'Reilly, Ricochet etc. Don't discount me as someone that just pines for the past, I don't. I'm one of the most positive people when it comes to the actual product with the big promotions. I just don't fancy seeing high spot based professional wrestling.

Monster Mafia(Josh Alexander and Ethan Page) are debuting at the Feb. 27 show. I can't wait they are two of the best underrated guys today in wrestling.
The Beaver Boys are also debuting Feb. 27

Never seen the Beaver Boys team but i've seen both in singles and they're alright. As stated above they're adding to the list of CZW talent coming in. Hope reseda doesn't pull anymore shit. Far fetched idea here but are there any chances this is building to a CZW-PWG relationship? The Young Bucks are working CZW next month, Trevor Lee in a few months....Busick, Gulak, Beaver Boys, and more coming to PWG. It would be cool bit im probably looking too far into things.

Biff is one hell of a talent and criminally underrated. I must admit that its still VERY shocking that Adam Cole isnt in the WWE yet when there are a lot of guys getting a shot that are not quite the total package like Cole is.

Adam Cole will be great no matter where he goes. I'd be curious to see what his career would be like in a Triple H-run-WWE.

I meet Cedric Alexander today and talked to him about ROH pulling talent from non ROH shows. He said from the PWG roster it is Adam Cole, Michael Elgin, and reDRagon so they won't be in PWG anytime soon

Sad to see Cold and reDRagon get taken out but THANK THE DEAR LORD BABY JESUS that Elgin is gone. Now if they could only get Brian Cage out of there too. In the span of 3 years the dude has just become too damn big and he is doing 619's and moonsaults. That is something that should never happen.

Thats a little ridiculous buddy, i think Cage is one of the most entertaining guys on the roster and he can work his ass off against the right guys (See Roddy and Uhaa matches). Im more then thankful Elgin won't be back but Kyle is the true victim here. I dont see ROH splitting RD anytime soon and Kyle was building an amazing resume in PWG as a singles star.

At least Cole gets to showcase himself as a singles star everywhere unlike Kyle.

Whatever happened to The Super Smash Brothers? They were a perfect addition to PWG in 2012 I thought... Uno told me they had troubles with there work visa's throughout 2013 and 2014.
