Was finally able to finish From Out of Nowhere. It seemed like every chance I had this week went to watching my wife's shows (Modern Family and the Goldberg's are fine shows, but they ain't P-Dub-G).
Monster Mafia had a fine debut (I'll have to see them in action more before I have a solid opinion on them), but like always the Young Bucks were the highlights of the match.
Roddy and Lee had an awesome match. I've finally come around on Trevor Lee. Can't wait to see what 2015 holds for both.

I'm kinda persuaded to buy the "Out Of Nowhere" show given the ratings Meltzer gave it. PWG never really has great, very memorable matches but from what he gave the show it looks like a good watch.

For me personally, I'd get it for myself, not just because Meltzer said it was a good show. That's like stating I shouldn't watching a film because a respected reviewer thought it was good. I'm kinda persuaded to buy the "Out Of Nowhere" show given the ratings Meltzer gave it. PWG never really has great, very memorable matches but from what he gave the show it looks like a good watch. you're kidding, right? I'm really not. PWG matches to me all seem to be very similar in style and formula, so much so that months of matches from guys like ACH, AR Fox, Rich Swann etc. could all be listed as one single match and I wouldn't know if the list was lying. That's not to say they're not decent/good matches, they're just so repetitive to me at this point, that they're never noteworthy.

It's not Josh...not sure why or how you came up with that...? ...you're telling me that you can't make up your own mind to watch something, regardless of whether it's rated by Meltzer or otherwise...? I just support PWG, good shows or ones that could've been better. I haven't been big on PWG since Battle of Los Angeles last year. What I'm saying is that I needed a respectable second opinion to help me make a decision on whether or not I should buy it.

Fair enough, when you put it that way...like I said, for me personally, I buy them regardless... Enjoy your Easter mate. All good Chris. Happy Easter.

I know we have both found the last 18 months of PWG underwhelming. Recently it just doesn't touch PWG 2012. I think its because the roster for 2013/2014 was mainly the same and as Josh said, the matches get repetitive. Not to say that isn't good. But like the 6 man's are very samey, especially ones with AR Fox, ACH, Cedric and Swann.... But hopefully in 2015 that will change with guys likes Sabre, Busick and End.

I buy each show regardless because it's always a blast to watch and considering I live far away I want to support PWG any way possible.
2014 wasn't their best year, but I had a great time watching each show. Seeing the Cole/O'Reilly and Joey & Candice/Young Bucks story lines pay off was great, BoLA was phenomenal, and Ricochet & Roddy being established as main event guys made it good. All in all, 2014 was pretty good.
Anyway, From Out of Nowhere is a blast and should be purchased by anyone who enjoys wrestling and from the sounds of it the same goes for last night's show.

I LOVE Tommy End and I can't wait to see how his match with Hero went. Guy is seriously amazing and one of the best on the indies right now.

Based on the buzz from last night, he'll definitely be invited back. Hopefully he becomes a main stay and at the very least comes back for BoLA or All Star Weekend.

I don't think you can say that it was PWG that established these guys as the 'Main Event' haha. They have been two of the best guys on the Indies for years now. On a side note, apart from Night Three, which was a really good show, I found BOLA N1 and N2 underwhelming (Apart from the Sabre stuff). Just didn't live up to my expectations. That being said, with Sabre and End present 2015 should be better.

You're absolutely allowed to have your own opinions on anything, I was just trying to shed light on why I was fine with how 2014 PWG played out.

Just watched From Out Of Nowhere it is crazy good. Monster Mafia and Mile Baily are going to be huge stars in PWG All three men did great. It'll be cool to see them get more spots as the year goes on. Out of all the debuts, I have mixed feelings on the Beaver Boys. I'm sure they'll catch on, but I'm indifferent. Hopefully they sway me into a fan.

I feel they could be a great serious tag team if they dropped the comedic/corny bullshit.

I'm eager to watch their match against Joey & Candice.
