NXT may be doing well, but the independent scene is looking like their stars are leaving. It's frustrating. At least TNA and Lucha Underground talent will be returning to the independent scene... Hopefully PWG can get Tommy End, Mike Bailey, Monster Mafia, and Beaver Boys to be regulars. PWG is gonna look WAY different by the end of the year. Moose would be pretty cool, as well.

Any word on if John Silver got accepted on Tough Enough? I've assumed not, but if he does, losing one-half the Beaver Boys would be another blow.

Moose would be pretty cool, as well. Agreed...he would be great in Reseda I reckon... Just came back from an ROH show that he wrestled in. He did pretty awesome. Got the crowd going wild and worked with people who had a high flying (or just generally more 'athletic') moveset very well. He'd be awesome anywhere.

Just found out that Tommaso Ciampa was at the same NXT tryout as Gargano.

Just found out that Tommaso Ciampa was at the same NXT tryout as Gargano. Watching BOLA '14 again and loved them in it. Hope they get their big breaks, but don't want to see them go.

Just finished BOLA '14. Only part I didn't like was the amount of people who wouldn't shut the up when the winner was speaking

Surprised you guys are just now noticing the NXT raid going on.
I've been worrying about it for months. It has been evident for a while that the indies are losing basically ALL of their great talent very quickly.

PWG needs to scout for a few new faces, imo. Their ranks are getting a little thin considering they've lost Cole, O' Reilly, Elgin, Steen, Generico, Callihan, and many more, and it looks like they're about to lose Gargano, Busick, Taylor, Gulak and Ciampa.

It has been evident for a while that the indies are losing basically ALL of their great talent very quickly. They're also getting some (not enough) back. Curt Hawkins, Shelton Benjamin, etc. There have been a few stories of guys signing for big companies and coming back to having a decent career in PWG.

This is honestly the first tryout I can remember from WWE where all the big name indy guys could realistically get signed. Imagine if Roddy got signed a year ago. Right now you're looking (if everyone gets signed) at Young Bucks, Beaver Boys, Monster Mafia, Strong, Lee, Alexander, Everett, Bailey, Cage, Hero, Swann, ACH, Ricochet, Trent?, Candice, and Joey. It's still really solid, but some new faces are going to be absolutely needed. Timothy Thatcher is number one on my list.

If Chuck Taylor does get signed they better bring back Trent and have a Dudebusters II

I hope he comes back though, he had to endure a lot of sh*t from the PWG crowd before they backed him. I think BoLA '15 would be a good time to bring in past PWG and WWE talent. It'd be rad to see guys like Colt Cabana, John Morrison, Shelton Benjamin, AJ Styles, and Brian Myers (among others).

To their credit, PWG have bought in some newer guys like Page and Alexander, Tommy End, and Mike Bailey, but they still need a few more, imo.
Just pre-ordered my copy of DDT4! It's expected to ship at the end of the month.

It's expected to ship at the end of the month. Those guys are a good start, but you're absolutely right. PWG is about to get a whole lot thinner. Maybe they can try to book Sabre Jr more often. I'm pretty excited to watch DDT4, it'll be weird with no Young Bucks and Best Friends though...

PWG may have plenty of talent to pick from come September.

PWG may have plenty of talent to pick from come September. Not necessarily. WWE and RoH will get the top tier TNA guys, also can't count out NJPW. The only TNA talent I could see coming to PWG would be Austin Aries, Eddie Edwards, Davey Richards, and TJ Perkins (MAYBE Galloway), but like I said other promotions might go hard to get them to be exclusive. Guys like Lashley, Angle, the Hardys, James Storm, Bobby Roode, MVP, and Ken Anderson seem like huge long-shots to participate at PWG. It's kind of a bummer that they're going out (even though I've never really paid attention to TNA), but looking at their roster it makes sense. No one could make chicken salad out of what they have...
