People asking around at TRU due to the G.I. Joe movie being pushed back to 2013 uncovered the news that TRU was told earlier this week to ignore street dates on Joes, Batman and Spider-man toys.

People asking around at TRU due to the G.I. Joe movie being pushed back to 2013 uncovered the news that TRU was told earlier this week to ignore street dates on Joes, Batman and Spider-man toys. I stopped by my walmart today, not expecting anything new but they had all three lines out. The lady working toys mentioned to me that they had most of the new toys out yesterday and was told to break the street date. |

I wish I could find these....my TRU only put out the kids figures today. My Walmart has only had ONE Movie Masters Batman for the last few days...

Anyone know if Target is getting these? I have a gift card Yup, they're carrying them - just depends on if your target is uppity and going to stick to the 27th sticker or not. Target - Free Movie Pass to TDKR (limited time only) Toys R Us - *same, but seems to be hit and miss with some stores* K-Mart - Include Blueprints seen at the Toy Fair '12 booth, not completely sure if they include Bat-Signal pieces, too. |

good to be a vendor sometimes. hit one of my walmarts today and was treated to first crack at a case of movie masters. grabbed one of each. IMO Alfred is easily the star of the assortment.

Yeah, I looked on the pegs, the middle shelf, and the lower shelf....I even looked in the kids superhero isle and they had some Dark Knight rises gloves, but no Movie Masters. I guess it's possible they may have gotten them in on Wednesday. I went to TRU Tuesday and today (Thursday) so hypothetically I could have missed them, but there was no tags or spaces that seemed like anything was missing. I'm not too worried. There was a real initial difficulty with the Dark Knight Movie Masters back in 2008, and then things evened out to the point where they became shelfwarmers after a while...I'm just impatient and as usual I want them NOW! lol With the first cases of anything popular, also there's a possibility that some of this stuff isn't even hitting the sales floor as some people in "the know" may have called dibs, lol I'm sure I'll find them eventually.....like I said, I just have no patience and the second somebody on here finds stuff I rush out like a madman looking every day or every other day. |

im the same way. i get antsy and want them as soon as i see someone found them. its killing me i cant find the avengers in this scale.

Do you guys think that Mattelshop might put these figures on their site? They have some of the kids Dark Knight Rises figures on the site right now, but no Movie Masters yet. This would certainly help a lot of us out from having to try and track them down wasting time and gas.....also, Mattelshop is generally at least a few dollars cheaper.

the batsignal looks like its going to be a sweet display piece. hopefully they include Lucius Fox, Bruce Wayne in suit and Ras in the line even if they do them in 2 packs

PJ, if I go back to TRU tomorrow, is there any type of product identification number I could give to an employee to try and see if the figures were in the store and I missed them, might be in the back and are just not out yet, or are scheduled to arrive soon?
