Well I went and did some hunting in nyc...heard forbidden planet had Blake, took a trip down there and they didn't have him but I did score a GU catwoman. Hit Kmart which had nothing. Went to 2 midtown comics where I got Ra's and they were completely sold out of MM figures but they told me they should have Blake in next wk. Also grabbed Bane vs Bats 2 pack to do a Bane fix.
If anyone has an extra Alfred I could use one, don't need batsignal parts. I have the catwoman signal parts for trade. And a bunch of other stuff.

found a Catwoman yesterday, almost bought it but I don't feel like starting another collection knowing full well I can't just have 1 figure from the set

I got my tracking for Blake and Catwoman so I should have them by early next week. So happy to be getting Blake with so little trouble. I can be patient for Ra's but I really wanted Blake. I want to get another Blake and put the head on a Batman body. Think it would be a really cool fix up just for fun.

i got confirmations for blake from EE and Ra's from spams. cant wait to get them and finish the collection. I hope this supposed TRU trilogy collection has actual new figs and not just releases from all the past lines, which is what I fear it will be. at least one or 2 new characters.

Walmart.com had Blake up online but it sold out quick. There have also been reports of Blake findings at WMs so they should be hitting soon since it was on their website. |

So I go to my local TRU and it turns out its the same price. $40.99! Is it really that expensive everywhere? I did get a free backpack tho.
I really only needed it to do a Bane fixup but I gotta be honest I'm really diggin the batman with the cloth cape. I keep posing him and sticking the fan in front of him to make the cape "fly in the wind" (yea I'm a dork).

But I have a %20 off any full price item in the store coupon that expires Saturday, plus a $10 gift card, so I may go to TRU tomorrow and see how low of a price I can get on the 2-pack. Like you said, it's pretty much worth it for the Batman with the cloth cape anyway. |
