dude, no ofence, but the extectation of the head is pretty awfoul.. try this: 1 take the original pic with the head you want to keep. 2 using the quick selection tool(i think ionley photoshop CS3(10) has it, but maybe V 8 and 9 have it too...) select the head.. you'll probably will select by mistake parts of the neck... so switch do deselect mode(thare are 3 icons on the bar over the pictures, one with a + witch is selection, and one with - witch is deselect..), but still you'll get some of the beck.. but this is no big deal... 3 press CTRL+X(cut), than CTRL+V.(what you selected should be erased, and than it should appear again in a new layer) 4 than copy the layer to the new picture, with the other figure parts... if it is too big, delete it, adjust the size in the original pic(image: image size, after you separated the head), and move it again.. if its too small, than doo the same, but adjust the size in the pic with the new parts(make it smaller), so that it wont affect th quality of the pic... 5: do the same as in stages 1-3, this time on the pic with the second fig(the one you want to use the head on), and this time dont paste the head... 6 there should be a thick line of the limits of the head. using erase tool(make sure that youre colors are the basic black and white), delete it... 7 place the new head where it supposed to be.. 8 now its the serious editing part-first scan the color of the body(select it's layer, and use the color scan tool or alt+click\SHIFT+ckick(dont remember witch)), than return to the head layer, and change the skintone using the color replacement tool. than, if you think that the parts of the neck are messing the fig, erase them with the eraser tool. 9-now comibe layers either selecting them both with SHIFT and right cliking on them>mirage layers, or pressing CTRL+SHIF+E, the second option is easyer, but can do some trouble... 10-now use the blur tool if there was a left over from the neck, so it will look like one part... enjoy... if you didnt understand that, i will post pics to explain the stages... BTW, i said head\headscan, but it can match any othe part ;D

Luke the main part that ruins it for me is the messyness around the head and tights. Mine: Originally DA Orton, head swap, redid tight, and removed tats.

To cut out heads: 1. use the polygonal selection tool to select rthe head be careful around the chin area and select just the head, not the neck aswell. 2. press CTRL + C the CTRL + V to paste it into your other pic. 3. to the head size click on the marquee tool or some sort of tool and either right click on the head and go on to free transform or press CTRL + T. 4. Now move and resize the head into place. 5. lastly match the skintones with hue saturation by fidling with the hue and sat sliders. BTW you should never use the blur tool on jakks head as it s up the plastic like texture.
