Hey there guys! Hope all is well and you are having a great weekend. I just wanted to quickly show you all waht I have been working on. This is my first ever attempt at a custom figure, and it probably took me about 6 hours to complete altogether, more interesting however is the card which took me a few weeks to get looking perfect. What do you think? Sorry for the crappy picture, i'm already late and need to head over to my girlfriends for tea, but could take some better pics tomorrow when i get home. I think there is going to be some impending news in regards to the original Brutus series 3 card shortly, so I thought it would be good to post this now rather than stealing anybodys thunder Painting the figures is suprisingly tricky, i think i need a smaller brush and some actual model paint rather than acrylic. The card is as accurate to the original as physically possible without having a clearer image of the original. I'd say it is pretty darn close to perfect... hope you like it!

Looks really good. I think you did a really clean job on him for a first run on painting with what you had on hand to use for it. Many customizers like myself use acrylics over model paint, but to each their own. You have a sweet card and figure there, so keep us updated with more figures like this.

Hey! thanks for the feedback! How do you stop brushstrokes appearing when using acrylic on figures? Normally I would water it down a little, but when I tried that it made the paint a little too faint and it didn't really take to the figure corredctly :S Thanks again for the feedback! Really appreciate it!

The card is great, love the figure too. I wish I could make custom cards to go with my figures
