My opinion is that maybe it might have been a factory error,or it was just maybe the way the owner treated the figure.Alot of times when you buy a figure it's bound to have loose joints,but maybe if it is a factory error a few other people might have the same problem.The only reason I'm doubting this is because a lot of figures are bought and came with loose joints, but it might have just been the factory error,also it might have been the way the figure was package into the Classic superstars box.But otherwise good luck on finding the reason.

i have a shawn michaels from no way out ppv series with that same problem i think is a factory error.

first of all i am a new collector i share this hobby with my son he usually plays with them an i get a 2nd to be NIB. 2 weeks ago i brought a dm hulk hogan at toys r us which was cool. but this week i went to kmart and saw the same box but a differnt type of hogan it (ill post pics) now 1 thing that stuck out was that the fingers could bend which i havent seen before(like i said im new at this). So my son researched it and found that it use to be part of a three pack called WWE Exclusive Action Figure Hulk Hogan 3-Pack Hulk Still Rules.
