My half sisters aunt married her ex-husband. I was wondering how unusual it is.

I mean, if you got divorced in the first place I would think it's for a good reason.

My father in law, had a good friend who married and divorced the same woman 3 times. The two people honestly love each other, but the title of husband and wife creates soon much stress on them they can't take it. And divorce. As long as they are not married they are very happy and content with the relationship, but they fall head over heels and jump back into marriage. Then hate it. They got close again but he died from cancer. Yeah it sounds very soap operaish but I was amazed.

My uncle is in the process of doing this. My aunt screwed up horribly, but she's spent the last few years getting her life back on track.

When someones mistreated you, then gets a little taste themselves, there's a sort of smug sense of satisfaction, as wrong as it may be, can't help it. |

No but I had my ex sister in law call my house once. I told her that who she was looking for moved away. She had issues and wanted to see talk to my mom and I knew it was trouble so I made up a lie that we didn't live in our house.
