Would be awesome if they did it at Wembley! They could do it at 3am London time so you Americans would have at your usual time and there would be still enough people to buy tickets for Wembley

I'm planning on going to WM 30. Really want it to be in the MSG, hopefully this isn't true...l. MSG Isnt a big enough arena to hold Mania anymore, its barely big enough for Raw. Yes, But they said in The True Story Of Wrestlemania dvd that every Tenth Mania would be held at the MSG. It's a tradition that I want to be apart of.

Let me just dispell all of the Vancouver rumors.
As much as people don't believe London, I think London can and probably will host XXX. Think of it this way:
1. Time change really is not that big of a difference. If they do a 7pm start (London) that gives the U.S. a 2pm (EST) and a 11am(PT) start. It really is not a horrible change off. People on the West Coast wake up early to watch NFL games each sunday, and WWE used to do a live 1pm start for WrestleMania for a decade. So in all honesty, that arguement is rather weak.
2. Why not? Fans are insane, it holds 90k without staging, and WWE if they wanted to could honestly bill this as "once in a lifetime" event, and literally charge as much as they want. Therefore covering the costs of production/travel/etc...
The only other option would be the L.A. Memorial Coliseum. It's another 90k stadium in a huge market. But in all honesty, I cant see that working because that would mean a 4pm start, and in an outdoor environment, Vince and production would not want to hold a totally sunlit WrestleMania. Just take this year for example, no opening Fireworks and the natural light exposed all the empty seats.
In all honesty, London makes too much sense to hold it. LA doesnt seem right, plus its crowds blow. I'm all for London, the crowd would be insane, and make it super memorable.

Won't the time difference kill PPV buys?

Won't the time difference kill PPV buys? I wouldn't think so. If the card and hype is good it doesn't matter what time you start, people would still buy. I like the early start better to be honest with you. You don't have to wait all day/night for it, plus it doesn't end extremely late.

Honestly, unless the landscape and target audience of the WWE drastically changes, or England agrees to hold the event in the early hours of the morning, I don't think they'll ever get a Pay-Per-View again, much less Wrestlemania.
WWE is a North American company, plain and simple.
Also, lets not forget that, really and truly, this is still nothing more than speculation. It would be unfair to rule out Pittsburgh, too, in reference to Kurt Angle.

Logistics state it wont happen in the UK, not in this day and age.
The world was a very different place in 1992. Bret Hart could have beheaded the Bulldog in the centre of the ring - only a minimal ammount of people in the States would have heard about it. They were happy to order the PPV on a delay back then (and edit: Warrior vs Savage went last).
Wouldn't happen in this day and age. All the sleeping Americans wouldn't be able to Tweet live unless they fancied an odd timed show...

IF it came to London, it would sell out all 90k seats, hands down. And I'd place a bet, that it would be one of the BEST wrestling crowds ever.
Sadly, I don't see it happening, but I can hope.

Positives of London:
Will break every crowd record the WWE has with ease - could maybe come close to 100,000 Crowd will be rediculously buzzing as they know how rare the oppertunity is London itself is an amazing city, one of only 2 5* cities in the world (I remember seeing that somewhere with NYC being the other).
Negatives of London:
Time difference means that either the event will be held early in the USA (obviously something the WWE wouldn't like) or late in the UK (WM is usually midnight-4AM), which may hamper the excitedness of the crowd (or alternatively add to the atmosphere) or they may not get permission to do.
In summary, if the WWE wanted to do it they could pull it off, but it wouldn't be easy.

The midnight to 4AM wouldn't matter, we're used to that time so I'd be happy to have it at that time if it meant we could have mania!

I really don't get the time start arguement. Would all of you really be pissed off and not order if WrestleMania, for ONE TIME, started at 1 or 2 PM? Seriously what is wrong about that, NFL doesn't lose ratings, ticket sells, sponsorships for 1pm starts 14 weeks straight

Seriously what is wrong about that, NFL doesn't lose ratings, ticket sells, sponsorships for 1pm starts 14 weeks straight I think they'd undoubtedly take a hit in buyrates. I don't doubt that for a second. People have come to expect that WWE will be a night, not the afternoon, and certainly not in the morning if you're on the West Coast. WWE is a North American company. They're going to cater to their North American audience first and foremost. Taking a HUGE gamble on putting your BIGGEST show of the year on in the afternoon in your country of origin is just way too big of a risk to take. What if it absolutely flops? And if we're comparing it to the NFL, keep in mind, that Wrestlemania is the NFL equivalent of the Super Bowl. You don't see the Super Bowl starting in the afternoon. It kicks off just before 7pm. The fact is, you're abandoning a time tested strategy to please ONE market. The risk is far greater than the reward. Plain and simple.

Seriously what is wrong about that, NFL doesn't lose ratings, ticket sells, sponsorships for 1pm starts 14 weeks straight I think you answered your own question on accident. The NFL runs games all day long on cable television for free. Not only that Football is much more popular here then Pro Wrestling. if you give me the option of watching a free football game or paying $60 for Wrestlemania...Im choosing football. Not to mention "hot spots" like Hooters and Buffalo Wild Wings probably wouldnt air Wrestlemania over NFL games. At night WWE only has to go up against 1 NFL game and a lot of times its not even that great of a game. Factor that in with many religions who go to church Sunday afternoons/Evenings....I dont think it would be pretty. Its nothing against London, it just financially not going to make sense. On top of that with the "Wembley holds 100K people" argument, there are many stadiums and arenas in the United States that hold 100K or more that would work as well.

People need to give up the idea of any PPV in the UK, not just WrestleMania. It'll never happen, It'd cost WWE too much in PPV buys to ever do it.
