As everyone knows the Undertaker’s streak has been one of the main draws of WrestleMania for the past several years. For the most part Taker has had the fans on his side as most people don’t want the streak to end. We usually see some signs in the crowd that support his opponent, which is understandable considering who his opponents have been five of the past six years, but the vocal majority seem to support Taker. With every false finish the crowd lets out a collective sigh of relief when Taker kicks out before erupting with applause upon the eventual victory. My question is how long will this go on? Not how long will the streak last, but how long will Taker have the support of the fans at mania? How long before the majority of the crowd want to see Undertaker get beat at Wrestlemania?

I want him to lose his last match. WWE needs to use that to help establish someone else. ..and when I say someone else, I don't mean Triple H, Randy Orton, John Cena, etc. I mean someone on the rise like Daniel Bryan or Cody Rhodes.
There is still a streak of 20 straight wins. He doesn't have to be undefeated to have the most incredible win/loss record of all-time.

If King Kong Bundy didn't end it at Wrestlemania 11 then nobody will.

I think WM 28 should be his last WM I agree, I'm hoping he's done. 20-0 sounds good.

20-0 - that would be a great way to close his career If they do another Taker match at WM it should be against Cena with Taker going 21-0

Taker vs Lesnar & Taker vs Cena should be his last two WM matches with Taker going 22-0.

^ Those two matches would be great to book as his final two imo.
I personally don't ever want to see him lose at WM.

Taker v. Lesnar, Taker v. Cena, Taker v. Jericho, Taker v. Punk, Taker v. Orton II
Give me any of those and I'll be happy, and no I do not want Taker to lose at WM, ever.

You don't give the greatest Rub in this generation to a guy that needs to be established, you give it to someone that needs an exclamation point on thier resume, and the only person that needs that rub, or deserves it is John Cena. When and if Takers streak ends, it will be this generations version of Hogan / Andre.

Every Wrestlemania I'm on both sides, I want him to lose but at the same time I want him to win, he always puts on one hell of a match with whomever he wrestles, so quite frankly I don't care what the result is.

There were a lot of people who were not thrilled with his last return and wanted him to lose against HHH, so it has already started to happen. Just wait until they put him against Cena or another of the young superstars.

nah, its one of those things thats bigger and more important than quite a lot. it would be foolish to have anyone end it...ESPECIALLY a "young talent"
All that would come of someone ending the streak is like 2 months of brag time, then it would be forgotten like all the other major storylines after a few months. it wouldnt elevate anyone to the "next level" if they want to do that with someone, there are hundreds of ways besides ending the streak.

Though we seem to be on opposite ends of the spectrum as far as the No Way Out main event discussion goes, I completely agree here. I've never put that much stock behind the streak. It's a cool little thing, but if the right guy comes along, I'd be perfectly fine with someone ending it. And right now, the only guy that should/could logically do it is John Cena. The issue is, it's going to be incredibly tough to keep a crowd on Cena's side at all if he ends the streak. If WWE ever establishes a top babyface and feels comfortable enough to turn Cena heel, this would probably be the best way to do it.

Manias will be somewhat boring without Taker. He looked great in his last match, but it would be strange to have him stop on 21-0 or 22-0. haha I don't want him to lose to anyone at this point.
