Chris Sabin has plans to follow former Motor City Machine Guns mate Alex Shelley out the door.
The four-time X Division Champion has told friends that he plans on leaving TNA Wrestling when his contract expires in August. Keep in mind that a lot can change between now and August but he's leaning torwads leaving as of this writing.
On May 21, it was reported that Shelley had opted not to renew his TNA Wrestling contract, thus ending his eight-year tenure with the organization.

Please jesus have Sabin follow Shelley to WWE, Sabin was my favorite when NWA-TNA first started. Would love for him to make it to the WWE.

If he's going to Japan or the independent scene I'm all for it. If he's going to the WWE, I'll be very disappointed. I for one was very happy to see Sabin wrestle as a single on Thursday. Sabin is TNA's baby, they'd be stupid to let him go.

What if Shelley and Sabin showed up in ROH? Already happened. Last time was 2009(10?) against the KoW. Sabin needs to stay. He is the saviour of the x division! |

Great news imo.
Would be nice if he and Shelley came to WWE.
Maybe WWE's tag division can get a little better with the addition of them and hopefully some more focus.
Not to mention both would qualify for the rumored CW show.
I could also see either fitting into the IC/US title scene as well.

It would suck to see Sabin leave, but I don't see the Guns getting much in WWE. Yeah they'd probably get the belts, but those belts don't even matter. The tag division will still be put together with two guys they have no other plans for. That will be the tag teams of wwe.

Sabin needs to stay with Shelley. They're just too good together. And while I highly doubt it will happen, MCMG vs Primo & Epico would be off the charts!

Just want him on TV. If he isn't going to WWE, I think it's a mistake for him to leave. TNA should make a really solid effort to keep him around because A Double is going to move to main event talent and Chris Sabin is the only real X-Division star they have left. I've said before though, if The Guns go to WWE as a team that is going to be really exciting.
