God they were a great stable! I know many won't agree, but I would have loved for Cena to have had a lengthy feud with Evolution. Like a modern day Horsemen/Dusty rival. Cena was just starting his rise, so it could have started off with Batista or Orton moved onto Flair and eventually ended with him defeating Triple H at Mania. Rumors have it that that was suppose to be Brock Lesnar's feud going into WM21. Move to Raw and feud w/ each Evolution member, ending w/ HHH at WM21. yeah he was supposed to feud with deadman UT during the summer than move to Raw turn face and fight Evolution.which I think would have been very entertaining. the talk of jobbng to the newly returned Deadman is IMO one of the reasons Lesnar bailed.he was already sulking over losing to Eddie who he complained was too small to be a credible threat to him. |

While loosing to the UT wouldn't have been bad since Taker always put him over, the fact he lost to Eddie and Goldberg at back to back PPVs was hurting his stock IMO, like the WWE wasn't behind him as the #1 guy anymore. I've never heard the Eddie complaints from him but definatly a combo of the hard road schedual and not being pushed as #1 ended his WWE run. |

Maybe his match at WM8 or 24 were considered co-main events?

I don't remember ever reading about the Lesnar/Evolution feud but it would have been awesome!
I think when HHH got drafted to SD! during the 2nd draft he should have took Orton with him and then Evolution would have power on both brands and interact with each other at every dual-brand PPV.

Ric Flair never main evented a wrestlemania........... yeah I suppose not.Hogan vs Sid main evented WM8......he truly never has main evented Wrestlemania. Yup, He was penciled in to main-event Wrestlemania 24 supposedly but turned it down in order for the World Championship match to go on last. Say what you will about Flair and what he has done in the past 3 years but he loves this business and honors it like no other. |

to be technical, Wrestlemania VIII was listed as a "Double Main Event"....he didnt go on last but even the cover of the VHS says it was a Double Main Event.  |
