I just finished watching LOST. ( I'm late I know!) and now I have nothing to watch.
Someone give me a good show to watch. It doesn't still have to be on the air. In fact i'd rather it not be so I can go out and buy all the seasons and watch them when I have time.
So yeah, I'm open to suggestions.

Other than Breaking Bad, Arrested Development, Dexter, and Supernatural...
I'd say go for Fringe. It's a superb show. Or 24 is always a good choice.

If you like Sci-Fi at all I cannot recommend Battlestar Gallactica, Farscape, and Babylon 5 enough.

"It's Garry Shandling's Show" - A self-aware sitcom that shattered conventions, when it debuted on Showtime in 1986. It was basically "Seinfeld" without the proverbial fourth wall. Comedian Garry Shandling played a fictitious version of himself, a bachelor with a TV studio in his apartment. The characters knew they were part of a TV show, and the absurdist humor poked fun at the genre.
You can pick up the complete four-season box set on Amazon. I highly recommend it!

I present the 5 greatest TV Dramas EVAR:
The Shield - I cannot express how amazing this show was when it was on. People forget how groundbreaking it really was. And to kids today, it's the reason shows like Breaking Bad exist. People say the Sopranos really set the ba, but it was HBO, not basic cable. They got away with SO much on this show, it really made FX what it is.
Breaking Bad - I feel weird ranking it so high, but it really is amazing. One of the few shows that really kills me when it's not every week. Brilliantly written and acted. Plus you still have time to catch up before the final season starts.
Oz - It has it's ridiculous moments, but it's one of the greatest character shows ever imo. SO many strong characters, brilliant writing, constant excitement.
Sopranos - The Godfather of Drama TV.
Mad Men - Not quite as action packed as the others, but once you start watching and get past having no real storyline, you can't get enough of the characters.
And of course if you haven't watched the Twilight Zone, Seinfeld, Always Sunny, etc you should do so.
