Alright, so it's probably been done a million times but I'd like to know what your top 3 favourite childhood moments are? With the glory of youtube I've found my 3 all time favourites. Keep in mind I'm 18 now so I didn't really know of kayfabe/dirtsheets until I came on here when I was 13.
#3 for me:
#2 for me:
#1 for me:
Yea I know, there all Rock clips but I was an insanely huge fan of him.

1. Shawn Michaels throwing Marty Jannetty through the barber shop window.
2. Hollywood Blondes beating Ricky Steamboat & Shane Douglas for the WCW/NWA Unified World Tag Titles.
3. The Brain Busters defeating Demolition on Saturday Night's Main Event for the WWE Tag Titles. I never thought Demolition would lose those belts.
That's probably it for my top 3.

By far one of the most shocking things I had seen. It was long before dirt sheets and the internet and just seeing Heenan raise that belt, I was at a complete loss for words.
I think the video says it all. I still get cringes watching it as an adult.

3. Taz makes Shane Douglas tap out within 5 minutes.
I got into ECW after watching Barely Legal (black boxes were all the rage in the 90's) and I immediately became a fan of Taz. I remember calling a wrestling hotline that use to be listed on the back page of the TV guide and hearing that Taz beat Douglas. I marked out.
2. Scott Steiner turns on Rick Steiner and joins the nWo.
I was pissed when Scott turned. I hated that bastard for joining the nWo, but looking back on it... it was pretty cool to see.
3. Sting beats Hogan at SuperBrawl.
After Starrcade I was the happiest little boy in the world. The evil bastard was no longer WCW Champion and the true hero was number 1. Until JJ Dillon stripped him of the belt, then I was upset again. But at SuperBrawl when Sting beat Hogan I was just as excited as everyone who was there live.

2. One of my favourite matches as a kid and remains to be to this day:
3. I don't know why this appealed to me so much but it still holds a cord with me to this day:

I think the video says it all. I still get cringes watching it as an adult. It's been how long and I STILL get goosebumps everytime I see that promo with Heenan. I nearly spit out my Frosted Flakes when I saw that belt. LOL I just got another chill just thinking about it. I love the looks on Monsoon and Anvil when the name of Flair is mentioned. And that sly look from Bobby? Oh hell yea! That was simply awesome. As for me? This was the reason I got into wrestling: then the Heenan/Flair promo. and this. My all time favortie match ever. I still have the VHS tape. Look at the fans. They were so into this. You'll never get this nowadays.

this'll be tough for me,but i'll try to narrow it down!
1) Andre "beats" Hogan for WWF Championship. this will always live in my memory. just the way it was portrayed, and the complexity of the angle, plus the bonus of Hogan no longer being Champ!
2) Demolition wins 1st WWF Tag Team Championship. Ax and Smash were, and still are, my favorit tag team of all time. so their winning the Belts atWM IV made the whole event for me.
3) Piper's Pit with guest Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka. groundbreaking. tremendously evil. THIS was how you got a feud going! and something that could never happen today, due to the totally un-PC way Piper taunted Snuka:
"I got you a pineapple. Sort of like the Fiji women, right? Long frosty hair on top, round on the bottom!"
"The only thing i didn't get you was a tree,so you can climb up and down like a monkey, like i know you wanna do!"

3) Seeing DOA ride their motorcycles to the ring on Monday Night Raw 2) Seeing DX play strip poker at ringside. (May have been the same episode) I loved everything about the WWF between 96-99 and how "taboo" it felt to watch it. I would turn it on and turn the volume down, which is funny because my mom probably wouldnt have cared. 1) I was more of a WCW kid though and Sting was/is my all time favorite. A moment for me would be through 97 waiting to see when he would drop in and beat the crap out of the NWO.

wow there's many moments for me: 1. Sting vs Ric Flair - Clash of Champions 1 60-minute draw - as a kid I was at the edge of my seat for every near fall. 2. Ricky Steamboat vs Ric Flair - 3 PPV matches classics back in '89 3. Sting/Luger vs Steiners - Superbrawl - match of the year - what's better than seeing two top faces square off like Hogan & Warrior did at WM6? Seeing FOUR top faces square off. 4. Hogan vs Rock at WM - that stare-down was phenomenal, gave me goosebumps and I don't even like either guy much, but there was so much significance in that moment ~ better than Andre/Hogan for me 5. First few War Games up until '92 - fantastic concept, all team members had angles with guys from the other team going in - funny how the bad guys always won the toss

I'm 23 and these are the ones that stick out in my mind.
1. Stone Cold invades RAW and blows up the DX express bus.
2. Wrestlemania 2000 All Day PPV
3. Rock vs. Triple H Iron Man match.

1. Rey Mysterio winning the 2006 Royal Rumble, I was such a big Rey fan at the time, I was so happy for the remainder of the week.
2. The Rock returning 2011, an amazing moment to see and a great way to return.
3. Daniel Bryan winning the WHC and MITB, my favourite wrestler for the past year, both awesome moments.
I've been watching the WWE since 2004, I only watched occasionally from 2004 - 2006 which explains why I didn't choose one from those times, plus I'm still only 15.
