Rey was another current excl. I wish they would change their stance on Scott Hall , even as an exclusive Yes. An internet exclusive Scott Hall should seem palatable to the execs at WWE, especially since these things aren't well advertised anyway. However, I'm sure there is a "hands off" list Mattel was given. They may not want to beg or ask for an exception, and I can't blame them for that; they've got so many gimmicks to choose from already. However, anyone who searches for a Scott Hall or Razor Ramone figure on eBay or amazon.com can still buy one with WWE packaging (Jakks, hasbro). What difference does it make to them that a new one is produced? The difference is that WWE would have to pay Scott Hall royalities for a new figure and they probably dont want to do that having paid over 6 figures for his countless rehab stints. Not too mention the fact that the flashbacks and legends we have seen lately are guys that appear occasionally on WWE TV or have been inducted (or going to be) into the WWE Hall of fame and Scott Hall will never be used in WWE again for any reason. They dont want to be a enabler for him as god knows what he might use the money for. |

I think Big Johnny would make a good selection. I mostly do legends, but I would get Johnny for the novelty alone.
Whoever it is, I really hope that it is someone of similar novelty. Ricardo, Johnny, Teddy Long, Eve.
I will be pissed if they are going to keep a new Elite Kane or Lesnar as an exclusive. That would go down on the list of all-time dick moves.
On the plus side, their earlier exclusives were attires that were long-past, and more novelty. A Flashback Lesnar in 2002 attire with Undisputed title would be a great idea. I would buy that for sure.
I hope its something awful so that I don't feel obligated to buy it. I certainly wouldn't buy Foley, and probably wouldn't buy anything I didn't mention unless it was an impossible one like Hogan, Owen, Hall, Razor, Eathquake, Sting, Goldberg, or Benoit.

We need MORE FLASHBACK figures! This! I like and collect the current guys/roster too - but we already have lots of them (Basic/Elite/2-pks) at retail every month or so. Ideally I'd like all internet exclusives to be either Legends or Flashbacks...  |
