So I was playing with my newly acquired Kevin Nash figure and moved his leg up only for it to snap... Literally had it for an hour. Didn't use any force or nothing like that it was just really weak.
I hope it isn't a problem with all the Nash' , seem to remember people having problems with Elite Regal ?!
Question is , would Mattel do anything if I contacted them ?

Sorry to hear it. Mattel UK "customer support" aren't easy to deal with, to put it lightly. Still, ring them (you won't get anywhere via email) if you're going to have hassle returning the fig (to wrestlingworld?).

Contact Mattel Support Center, or whatever it is called.

Here in the states if you call the number on the back of the card and give them the information they'll send you a manufacturers coupon for the retail cost without any problem. If you say you spent more than the retail price you need to fax (has to be faxed) them a copy of the order and receipt.

Mattel should give you a new one because it is brand new and you paid more for it online

This is why I keep most my figures MoC. I'd be extremely angry if my figure broke an hour into having it.

Everyone should check joints before posing , even if they go up and down it could be twisting the peg.

They've acknowledge it in a q & a when I posted a pic of my DM Macho. They said it has to do with the way they weld the crotch piece together. That it sometimes drips into the hip joint. They said they are trying to be better at catching it in the factory. And I think they are because prior to this I had at least 1 figure in every Elite/Legend (and a few basics) but since other than 3 Movie a masters Green Lanterns I've not had that problem.

My E16 Ezekiel Jackson has a very loose hip joint, his body turns around far too easily which I'm not happy with, not sure if there is any way to fix this myself.....

Mattel actually emailed me back and said send it back to wrestling world with the receipt.. Pretty pointless tho cos WW don't have any in stock so would be unable to replace it... Looks like I'll have to glue it.

Sorry to hear that. I've almost had that happen with my Roddy Piper from the Legends 2 pack. I simply don't pose him to avoid it, but when I looked at the post for his hip, it looks like someone pinched it in half with their teeth, and instead of pivoting like it should, it just twists at the pinch. Moving his leg a few times up and down will likely snap it, so I simply stand him straight on my shelf.
