If you switch the opener with the main event RAW would have been much better. But yeah. Everything involving AJ was great and it was nice to see Jericho and SID. Everything else was meh.

I only tuned in and out of RAW randomly throughout the night. The triple threat match to start out the show was outstanding. I didn't see their match at the PPV, but I'm surprised how well Kane worked with Punk and Bryan's styles. I'm really not sure where he goes from here, though, since the title match at MITB is Punk vs. Bryan and how AJ fits into all of this.
Ziggler vs. Del Rio was pretty good, although I truly don't understand what the hell happened. Since when do you have to actually have control of the belt/contract that you pull down? Did they clarify this earlier in the night and I just missed it? It seemed like the crowd was just as confused as I was. And all of that to just do a triple threat match anyway? Lame.
Did they really do nothing to further the Heyman/Trips storyline?
As I fully expected, Cena's announcement was an absolute waste of time. I hated that Jericho's return was overshadowed by Cena. He loses to Cena by DQ, then pussies out from facing Big Show. That was the best way they could decide to bring him back? I'm so sick of Big Show and Cena, the fact that we got another lame beat down to end RAW was stupid.

A 4-man MITB match with former WWE champions only, 3 of which are so clunky they probably can't even climb the ladder never mind utilize it offensively? That's just idiotic.
I guess the show was alright, but I'm just too pissed that they ruined Money In The Bank to enjoy it.

Reall thought Raw was "take it or leave it" tonight. An improvement over last week, which I thought was pretty much terrible, but nothing to get excited about.
Opening match was great. Loved seeing Bryan pick up the win, and love the idea of getting Punk/Bryan one more time. Give them a damn hour. Book two Money in the Bank matches, a 60 minute Iron Man Match, a World Title Match and a Diva's Match and call it good. Give me an hour, I'll buy the show, hands down.
Things started heading downhill from there. Cena's announcement was obvious, and quite frankly, I'm a little put off by the idea of a "former Champions only" Money in the Bank. To me, it really takes away from what Money in the Bank has always been about (and what the Royal Rumble match used to be about). Hopefully the World Title one isn't the same.
I also don't like the idea of it only being a four man match. Three out of the four guys aren't exactly ladder match material, and the other is getting to the point where he isn't going to be taking any extravagant bumps. Doesn't sound much like a "high risk" match to me.
Things aren't looking great for Swagger. He's falling into the realm of "we have nothing for you, so you're going to lose to anyone and everyone" category. Santino needs to drop that title, or they need to get rid of it all together. It's absolutely worthless.
Didn't care about Sid/Slater. I find Slater's work in recent weeks to be more cheesy than entertaining, and thus far, I couldn't care less about any of the legends.
Ziggler/Del Rio was good. Looking forward to the triple threat on Friday. Hoping somehow Ziggler makes his way into the World Title Money in the Bank. He has to win it, honestly.
No squash matches, aside from Sid, so I can't complain there.
I was really into the idea of Cena/Jericho for something different. The match was pretty good while it lasted, but the momentum was completely killed with Big Show's interference. I'm so unbelievably sick of the Show/Cena stuff to the point that I completely lost interest as soon as he came out.
Looks like it'll be another Pay-Per-View headlined by a non-title match. Strange year.

Was there tonight (hometown live show) -- was terrible. TNA officially puts on a better live show. Period.

Fantastic Raw. There wasn't a single segment or match that I didn't enjoy.

I'll tell you right now, I DVR Raw just in case something really bad happens that I need to skip over and every Vickie segment, constitutes as something I need to skip. There's that right now, I didn't watch a single one of her segments minus part of the Jericho/Cena one because I wanted someone to tell them they don't decide whose in the matches. I skipped after I heard the terrible announcement.
The opening bout was incredible. Had some really cool spots and was the best wrestling match on TV I've seen on awhile. The AJ development was nice, nothing great but it was good.
Show vs. Clay was terrible. I don't know why I thought it could've been anything else. Skipped the Santino match. I'm so freaking sick of Santino Marella, I won't be willing watching another match of his until he drops the belt.
The Cena promo was hard to watch. It got much better when Chris Jericho got involved. As for the terrible announcement, I'm not talking about the WWE Championship one being all former champions. I'm fine with that, it's the fact that the match sound horrid. First of, a MITB match should never be less than six men, and secondly it shouldn't compose half of big men. I'm expecting/hoping Miz and Rey get added to it, because right now it has train wreck written on it.
Sid's appearance was slightly better than Vader but I don't really care for this. As I said with Vader, the novelty of seeing him back wears off quickly when the match is poor. I skipped the Diva's battle royal once Vickie appeared, but I did get to see Rosa dances so yay?
I'm pretty sure that's not how a pole match works. I could be wrong though. Anyway, I was pretty entertained by the whole thing, and I'll be recording Smackdown just for the Triple Threat.
Jericho vs. Cena was decent. The series of moves at the end was nice and I actually like Show not attacking Jericho and Jericho just leaving because I took that as a continuity nod towards their days as JeriShow.

I thought that was a very very well put together Raw. In awe really at how they can put one together like that and not all the time, it had a shitload of focus and didn't undermine itself. Lacked some tag team action but who cares right now, build it up on Smackdown.

The ending was terrible. Of course, Big Show comes out and beats up Cena. Like we haven't seen that a hundred times already. Am I the only one who can't take Show serious as his "monster" gimmick?? I am so sick of Cena/Show already.

I am so sick of Cena/Show already. Nope. To me, there are few things less interesting than Cena/Show right now. I thought for sure it was over, but now it appears as though it's nowhere close. Eventually, Cena will beat him cleanly and he'll fade out. Honestly, I just wish it would happen sooner.

Not bad this week but as usual they mess it up with something stupid like the divas summer brawl. I expect better from a flagship show.
