Today marks the official end of Rey Mysterio's 60-day suspension.
F4Wonline.com is reporting that the plan is for Mysterio to return next week to television. Reportedly, Mysterio will return to a big push likely leading to a SummerSlam match.

Awesome. I've missed Rey and I hope he can have a safe run this time around without injury. I know his career is dwindling down, but I think he still has some life in his actual career for the next couple years to come.

thank goodness. ive missed seeing Rey on tv ALOT. ever since he was "drafted" to RAW it seemed like he was re-energized and was having some of the best matches on the card. i know the cool thing is to hate on Rey because he's "old and should retire"  but, i for one will never hate that guy he is  ing awesome, and always has been. him coming back is nothing but good |

Hopefully he lasts long enough to have the must needed match against Sin Cara.
Would enjoy to see him work another match with Punk this time around. They always put on a good match. Maybe even something with Daniel Bryan.

I'd love to see him wrestle Punk, Bryan, or both at Summerslam. Even a rekindled grudge match with Jericho would be great to see. Although Rey's speed has somewhat deteriorated, he still has the ability to put on five star matches as proven with Punk, Jericho, and Cena to name a few.

Rey is only 37..why do people say he should retire? The amount of injuries he's had throughout his career. I mean think about Edge. He's only a year older than Mysterio and he retired. It was because of the injuries that he retired and people believe the same with Mysterio. |

Can't wait really, been gone so long, love watching him. For me there are a few things we should get from Rey's return, a match/feud with Cena, Rey obv. being the heel,. A tag team run with Sin Cara and taking on a mentoring type character to Cara to give Cara that final stamp of approval, I'd like to see them going for Tag gold @ SummerSlam or the september event, no idea if it's still NOC or not. And then the heel turn on Sin Cara but really that sort of match should be heading up into Mania for it being the first one because it's so hinted at and wanted that they need to build that anticipation for the ultimate payoff. Rey should turn heel by the end of the year to set the match up, put Cara out in December in time for a Rumble return, maybe he could face Cena in a mini-feud late in the year and at the start of 2013. And more matches with Punk, DB and Dolph please. Anyway that's what i want, the rest yall. |

Rey is still one of the best workers in the WWE. Literally on one knee he carried Del Rio to a good match before leaving.

Thats great news. I hope they save the match with Sin Cara for Wrestlemania. Between now and then I would love to see him work a match with Bryan.
