I can just see my luck. They offer subscription and I pay for it only to find out every freaking figure from now on out will be Attitude Era crap. Talking about one person who would be very ticked off!

I dont think its going to be WWE but I do expect at least one more year of 6 legends with possibly a additional 2 pack also like they did with Rockers. Hopefully its Legion of Doom, New Age Outlaws, Steiners, Nasty Boys or Natural Disasters. Im expecting to see a more vast and better list of names to pick from this time around as well.

How do Subs work at Matty anyhow?
Do you pay for every figure up front or Pay a fee then get charged via credit card everytime they ship a figure?

Soooo hoping it's a Legends sub. With so many legends I want, this has a much easier shot of always making me happy unlike some other subs.

I sure hope it's not a sub. Let's say I don't wanna spend 30 bucks a month for a figure that may or may not be one that I want? Then how the hell do I get my hands on that figure? I'd be paying OUTRAGEOUS eBay prices or just never seeing the figure at all. I never wanted Andre, Arn, The Rockers, or Bundy. DDP was the only one I wanted. If it takes me subscribing for EVERY figure just to get the one that I want, then count me out.

I don't think it will be WWE, because it says ALL NEW line not subscription Legends are already sold on Matty and though thiers no subscription yet its still not a new line. Anyway the way the other subscriptions work is you usually pay 20-30 up front but that covers the bonus figure that will not be sold anywhere else. Wonder bread He-man, Eternia disguised He-Man for MOTU, The Rooikie from The video game and Marshmallow covered Ray for Ghostbusters, etc.. Then every month you get charged for the new figure.

The ALL NEW Line should be taken with a grain of salt. Line, and collection are 2 different things. For all we now that could mean they could start a totally separate line that is WWE but just for Matty like "Superstars of the Past and Present" or "Throwback" or it could even be just a simple Movie Masters line of figures that Mattel hold all the licenses for... That would be really cool actually seeing as how I have always wanted a MM Christopher Reeve Superman, or a MM Michael Keaton Batman and they recently got the rights to make Adam West Era Batman products so who knows.
Either way, I can't wait for SDCC, and if Mattel is smart not only should they continue Legends but they should make a BAF to give us more incentive or make the Sub figure, should there be a WWE sub, a Legends Manager of some sort. Mean Gene or Bobby Heenan anyone?

No, we will not be offering a Legends Sub in 2013.
Sales of Legends online have not been strong enough for us to consider this as an option.
I would love if we were to offer a sub, as there are lots of figures I would personally love to design, but it's just not in the cards at this point.
