The as-of-yet unannounced Marvel film for 2014 has been moved from it's original release date of May 16, 2014 to August 1, 2014.
No word yet still about what the film is though speculation points toward the long-rumored Guardians of the Galaxy. Keep an eye here for more news on this, which will undoubtedly be at this year's San Diego Comic-Con.
The other upcoming films on the Marvel Studios slate are Iron Man 3 on May 3, 2013, Thor 2 on November 15, 2013 and Captain America 2 on April 4, 2014.

Could it be the Deadpool movie? Ryan Reynolds has been talking about it a lot and apparently it will be separate from the Wolverine movie and he will be wearing the classic suit

It moreso just shows you know how to read the first post ... I didn't even read the first post, it was a lucky guess (pretty much because I always use Rocket Raccoon on Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3). Plus there are tons of other rumoured marvel movies including Black Panther, Daredevil Reboot, F4 Reboot, Dr Strange, X4 and Hulk Reboot. As well as several origins storys for character such as The Black Widow and Deadpool. |

I'm pretty excited to see Silver Surfer get another go-round to be honest. I've never read any of the Guardians of the Galaxy stuff but I may pick up the Thanos Imperative and see what it's all about. If this wasn't going to be an Avengers tie-in, I feel like this would fail miserably, but if the script is amazing, which supposedly has been confirmed, and they can market it as must see for the Avengers timeline then it should do well.
I'm not losing sleep over the lack of a new Hulk movie, and I am sure it will eventually get made. However, I think Hulk was used perfectly in limited doses in Avengers. Norton still kicks the sh*t out of Ruffalo imo.

It will be a CGI-fest. Especially if we get Rocket haha. I dunno, it sounds interesting.

I guess I'll have to see it seeing as it will probably be vital to Avengers 2 because of Thanos.
Why did they even have it so close to Cpt America 2 anyway?

I never heard of this Guardians of the Galaxy although I saw that raccoon before from Marvel vs Capcom 3.
