Hello there, this is the first episode of RCW Shockwave. I usually only do my main show "Revolution" and PPVs. But i've started doing a secondary show to move-along storylines and to premiere more wrestling, well..here's a recap...
RCW Television Champion "The Standard of Stardom" Stevie Richards def. Kid Ka$h and former champion Sabu in a three way dance. Kid Kash was going for a floating moonsault when Super Crazy ran out and pushed Kash off the top rope. Stevie Richards hit a variation of the Hero's Welcome on a chair to eliminate Ka$h.
Sabu had the match in his corner after nailing the Arabian Facebuster. But when he was attempting the triple jump. Stevie threw a chair at him and crotched him on the ropes. Another chair throw, Sabu caught it, and a superkick to the chair at 15:43 put Sabu away.
"The Total Package" Chris Masters def. Batista at 6:01 after getting out of the Batista bomb and pinning Batista with a school boy, with help from the ropes. Batista is obviously upset that he cannot get a win in singles competition.
Randy Orton def. "The Black Nature Boy" Orlando Jordan with an RKO, after squeezing out of a running powerslam at 7:33. John Cena tossed a chair into the ring during the end, only to have Jordan RKO'd on it. John Cena is not getting any more popular within the Ebony Experience.
"The Texas Shooter" Trevor Murdoch w/ "Lonestar" Lance Cade def. John Cena with a texas cloverleaf in 3:01. This was just Murdoch showing his dominance in the Heavyweight division. He hit Cena with an inverted DDT and a pausing STO, then locked in the cloverleaf for a submission victory.
Matt Hardy def. Rey Mysterio Jr. and Psicosis in a triple threat match at 10:56. What a back and forth battle, as Rey countered Matt's splash mountain bomb with a hurricarana. Then Psicosis nailed a Psycho Gulliontine legdrop for the two. Rey was going for a dragonrana on Psicosis from the top, when Hardy grabbed Rey and hit the side effect from the second rope. He then dragged Psicosis from his head further out in the corner, hanging on the ropes by his ankles, and nailed the twist of fate for the victory.
Revolution Episode 36 should be up tommorrow, as well as the brackets for the RCW International Heavyweight Championship Tournament.
