Hey guys how do you feel about Jim Neidhart? I love the Heart Foundation, but I don't know about Jim. Help me decide guys. Please rate his skills on a scale of 1-5. Discuss and give reasons
Thank.

I met Jim once, he was a pretty nice guy. I asked him about Heroes of Wrestling, and didn't have much to say, but Bret thought it was amusing.

It takes TWO to be a great team.
A tag team isn't the greatest (or at least questionably the greatest) team because one member is phenomenal. Bret and Jim played off of each other extremely well. And he is a VERY talented in ring performer.
If you're a fan of Bret, and dislike Jim, then you aren't a fan of Bret at all. He had a lot of potential as a big bad heel, he was incredibly strong, and moved around the ring like a man half his size. He may not have achieved his true potential due to politics, drug problems and his concern for money over his spot. But you can't take away the fact that he was incredibly talented.
Pound for pound the greatest wrestler who ever lived.

Formulate your own opinion, and then share it with us, but do it in the classics board where this really belongs.

Classic wrestling board?
But I never really watched him. I always loved Bret's singles career.

Do you guys think Jim Neidhart should return? I think he would make a good US Champion, but I'll wait for more votes to decide.

People parade around as if Bret was a one man team. Niedhart in my eyes was the leader of that team. Bret worked the majority of thier matches, but Jim popped the crowd, and cut the promos. Without Niedhart, Bret would never have risen above the prelims, he'd be a canadaian version of Sam Houston hawking autographs on the instead circuit instead of a WWE Hall of Famer.
Brets delusional fans amuse and annoy me.

This was the last time he was on tv (to my knowledge). He can still wrestle, but he's obviously not in good enough shape to do it on regular basis: But yeah, I've always liked the guy. There would be no Hart Foundation without him. His skills on a scale 1-5 in his prime... I would say 5. He was 1/2 of one of the greatest tag teams of all-time. That's what I think tbh. What is your point? He has always been big. There are lots of great "fat" wrestlers.

His promo's aren't as great as people try and make me believe and Bret was the better of the two in the ring. You don't have to agree with my opinion.

I voted "Meh" I enjoyed him as part of the Hart Foundation but could care less about him otherwise.

Dolph Ziggler and CM Punk are both awesome in the ring. But no matter what, the past holds all of the greatest wrestlers of all time, and all of the greatest matches of all time.
