Jesus....What the hell was that referee waiting for?? I counted about 17 un-answered shots to the head. Man, if was willing to let that fight go, I only wish he was the referee for Silva/Sonnen II. ;D same here. That way Silva could KO him and people could stop complaining about the stoppage. the MW division is pretty exciting right now...this is how I HOPE it plays out. Bisping vs. Belcher Weidman vs. Lombard/Boetsch winner Franklin vs. Munoz Belfort vs. Stann It's gonna be Bisping vs. Stann at 152. There's hints that it's going to be Belcher vs. Belfort soon too.

all the sh** Bisping was talking on Belcher...that is a shame.
anyways Belcher vs. Belfort is interesting. I think Belfort would win that though.

Bisping was talking sh*t on Belcher, Stann and Weidman. He's confused about who he wants to call out. Hahaha.

He was actually the most respectful towards Stann, the only thing he said was "if you sign the contract you are going to get knocked out"...
which was funny to me because I can't even remember the last time he ko'd someone..

Well he TKO'd Mayhem, that's about it. Quite funny after someone here talked so highly of him, can't remember who though, but for my first couple of times seeing him he had a very lack luster performances. Anyhoo, it's silly for him to say Stann is going to get K.O'd, more like you might scrape a decision together.

He isn't a horrible fighter. I just get irritated of his super high opinion of himself...he is good at promoting himself...he is the only fighter to be in for a title shot without actually ever beating a top 10 MW..
not saying he can't though...I think he would beat Stann, Munoz, Boetsch, and Okami.
Belfort, Belcher, and Weidman would own him though...
Lombard is a huge question mark...He looks like a beast...but against cans...

Bisping hasn't had a single top-10 win, yet he still talks like he deserves a title shot. AND he's coming off a loss. Heh.

I like Bisping, but Mayhem said it best. Bisping's really only known for getting knocked the **** out.

Heh. ...well to be fair, a lot of people did think he beat Sonnen - widely-considered the 2nd best guy in the division. But yeah, Bisping could do with a genuine win over a top 10 guy otherwise he's in danger of becoming the gatekeeper of the division. I just can't see anyone posing a serious threat to Silva though... they're just vying for 2nd place.

Before Bisping gets the shot, he's gotta prove he deserves to fight Andserson Silva which means getting a big win over one of the top contenders in that division and so far, he hasn't really done that.
He has to get a win over either Sonnen, Belfort, Belcher, Stann or Weidman to earn a crack at Anderson Silva. Simple as that.
Hell, I'm not even sure who the #1 contender is at this point, but I think the UFC wants us all to believe it's Chris Weidman. And if he truly is the next contender, then that's who Bisping must beat in order to get his title shot.

I admire Bisping and his constant campeign for a title shot, but lets face facts. He doesn't have a top 10 win. At all. His last wins: Dan Miller: Miller was coming off TWO losses and Bisping didn't look OVERLY impressive against him. Yoshihiro Akiyama: Coming off a submission loss to Leben. Jorge Rivera: A 40 year old who's best win was against Nate Quarry. Hmm... not top 10. Jason Miller: Do I even NEED to explain this one? Once again, I admire Bisping and him calling Silva out, but he just has no place to be talking, as far as I'm concerned.

And if he truly is the next contender, then that's who Bisping must beat in order to get his title shot. I believe in the eyes of the UFC, it's really going to depend on how good Lombard looks against Tim Boetsch. Boetsch actually is a top-10 guy now, so it'll be a good test for Lombard. If Hector looks awesome, I expect him to be the next guy. I've said that all along, too. UFC HAD to give him a top-10 guy right off the bat, just to see where he's at. If Lombard loses, I IMPLORE him to go to 170 immediately. It's better for his size, in my opinion. But the dude has been crushing people at Middleweight and at LHW a few times as well, so I think it's fair to give him this kind of fight.

Don't forget about Rashad maybe dropping to MW. If he does he should fight Vitor, or Lombard if he wins.

Rashad maybe pose a threat to Anderson Silva. Anderson didn't exactly beat the best in the LHW, so it would be an interesting fight
