i have absolutely zero recollection of tokka & rahzar in the cartoon
did the cartoon come out AFTER the movie? or did they bring them to the movie because of their appearance in the cartoon?

I only knew them from the movie, and later from the video games. Never knew until recently they had an episode on the cartoon. Figures are top notch from what I'm seeing though. Haven't opened mine yet, nor have I opened the Crooked Turtle Gang/Rock Soldier sets. I did open Zach and Smash though, they're looking great. Not much range of motion on Smash, but Zach comes with a lot of accessories. I also see that Super7 Wave 6 is hitting Big Bad, which is weird since Wave 5 isn't there yet. I'm not mad at it though, Slash and the Mousers are in my Pile of Loot, once Surfer Mikey and the Wave 5 Samurai Leo are in there then I'll ship it. |

Check your email. Apparently a loot crate is on the way. I’m not sure which one but my main wants are the Don and Skrag. I think you are in luck. What I found last time is if you select “View My Order” in the email, it brings you to a shipping page. You can open the Order Summary and it will tell you. That’s how I saw Crate 3 ahead last time. This time it says “Crate 4 + Bonus figure”. So we are still missing Crate 2 - the Arcade crate. |

Super7 Mousers and Slash delivered today from Big Bad. Both look excellent, I’m looking forward to opening them up.
No info on Samurai Leo or Surfer Mikey yet, I have both preordered from Big Bad and since I just got these Wave 6 figures, I’d expect Mikey to show up soon. Still not sure how Wave 6 hit before Wave 5, but hey, I’m not mad about it.

Toynewi is reporting that BST AXN will be releasing an exclusive line of "Street Gang" Turtles (disguised Turtles) at Target... toynewsi.com/395-44614Multiple versions and chase variants for each character. I find it interesting that they are calling these "Street Gang" Turtles and Not "Street Disguise" Turtles. |

I find it interesting that they are calling these "Street Gang" Turtles and Not "Street Disguise" Turtles. If I’m not mistaken, they’re doing the more hip-hop looking sunglasses wearing versions and not the trench coat, fedora variety. Maybe that’s the reason for the name of the set? |

I thought I was out once they started doing Triceratons. Then I thought I was out once I saw Punk Frogs. THEN I thought I was out when I saw Crooked Turtle Gang members. Am I out now? My wallet hopes so, but I'm not convinced haha. The line is still a ton of fun to build, so I'll come to that choice when it needs to be made. I did open my Slash from Super7. Probably my favorite of the Super7 TMNT line, he's VERY well done. |

Got my comic Renet from Big Bad. It’s the incorrect red version, which I knew going in. I’m not mad about it - I liked this one more than the blue one. Gonna open her up at some point whenever I open my Crooked Turtle Gang/Rock Soldier sets.
Meanwhile, Big Bad is also supposedly getting Super7 Samurai Leonardo soon. Got my email for that one so I’m excited to see that in hand.

I found the TMNT/Street Fighter packs at Target tonight.
Don't look at the Chun-Li figure too close.
She has this incredibly sad and depressed look on her face.
Like she is in the box wondering "Why am I fighting Ninja Turtles?"
She looks like she really, Really!! doesn't want to be there.

I'd like to get Ken and Guile when those come out but I'm not willing to pay over $20 for any of the playmates 2-packs. So I'll just hope for clearance. It's really confusing to me that Playmates has these licenses and they're bulking them in with Turtles. It's really a deterrent to something I otherwise want to purchase. I like their Cobra Kai figures. I would buy all the SF2 characters. But I don't want these same Turtles I bought like ten years ago and didn't like the first time. I don't care how they decide to dress them up. NECA and Super7 being able to make incredible TMNT product while Playmates is doing absolutely nothing with it until we get another terrible movie has really been such a blessing.
