Walmart maybe. I see them occasionally and they had the black and white 4 pack pizza box about a year or two ago. Probably can find them for about retail on secondary market though. Ross had the pixel shaded ones recently i appreciate the input! gonna try to get ahold of these somehow. will resort to the internet if i can’t find the. in any physical stores around me I know it was a couple months ago that you asked about the classic turtles but they are starting to pop up at a couple of Ross’ around me. Found two full sets at two different locations. Might be worth a short if you’re still looking for them. $9.99 each.

Mattel must have a "you can make everything BUT Ninja Turtle action figures" deal with Nickelodeon. Turtles of Grayskull and now the TMNT inspired WWE Elites shown this weekend.
Its my personal theory that Nickelodeon is desperate to get the license away from Playmates so they can put it on the open market. Mattel would definitely make a very strong play for it.
I really would like to know what the deal between Mirage and Playmates back in the 80ss was. Playmates has been able to hold onto the toy rights for nearly 40 years, while other lines like Batman and Disney Princesses have bounced around multiple companies.
