I went back to grab the other two turtles I needed tonight and all the pegs were empty. I don't know whether that is a good sign or if I'm never going to see them again haha. I'm glad I grabbed the two I wanted most when I did. They did get in a vehicle shell thing that came with Raph and then one with a Foot soldier, so those were cool.

my preorder for the new tv line came it at spams... so i have the 4 turtles.. im going out tomorrow to tru and see if i can find at least shredder , foot soldier and the shell raiser.. would be nice since i have a coupon...

Case breakdown is 4 of each Turtle, 2 Splinters, 2 Shredders, 1 April and either 2 Krangs and 1 Foot or 2 Foot and 1 Krang as they are the troop builders. 24 units per case.
When I first found the set up at TRU all 4 Leos, 2 Mikeys and the April figure were gone. The next day one Leo had turned up but another Mikey was gone. I thought it was interesting Leo was the hardest to find out of the gate.

just got back...
they had the endcap set up.. but it was pretty bare..
4 shellraisers
2 basic motorcycle
2 skate board
2 deluxe bike
1 foot bike
none of the dress up stuff
2 each of the 12 inch turtles
about 4 each of the tv line turtles...
seems like they are still waiting on stuff at my store... there wasnt any more tucked away anywhere.. all i wanted was a few villians!!!
just walked away with the shellraiser and fall of cybertron jazz and prime...

I saw Shredder, April, and Splinter today. Still haven't seen the Turtles. But the ones I saw... I would say they are pretty bad looking.

^^The Turtles are much better than the other figures. It's like 2 different companies designed them. Shredder was a disappointment after getting the 4 turtles. Shred has issues holding his sword as well since it is almost identical to the one that comes with the Foot ninja figure. I hope the issue was simply the cost of creating 9 completely new molds was the reason for the lack of articulation and future waves will have knee joints and elbow joints on all the figures. |

I haven't been able to find the classic turtles in stores yet....I've found the Nickelodeon kids versions at several TRU though. I'm saving up for the classics though.

I saw the classic ones today at a local comic store. These figures are freaking sweet. They had them for $20 each. I was low cash so I pass for now. Not sure how much these will cost at retail.

I ordered a set of the Classics from Amazon. Should be here in a couple days. I just hope the eyes are painted right. Juice, any idea how much these are going to be at retail? The only reason I haven't ordered them from Amazon is because A) Like you said, I heard the eyes are  ed on most of them, and B) even though all 4 turtles are being sold BY Amazon and not a third party scalper, all 4 turtles are on Amazon for different prices, so I'm not sure how much they are actually going to be if/when they hit stores. |

Maybe I'll order Raph is I need anything else off Amazon that would get me $25 free shipping, but I'm just so afraid because people have said the eyes on most of these are painted terribly. So it makes sense. yeah thats what i figured too, got mine the other day but i can't open them until Saturday its an anniversary gift from my girlfriend, i did get to take a peak at them in a comic shop the other day and they were awesome |
