Hey guys, I'm going the Proboards route for my shows, I think it's great how you can have all yours shows in one place in different sections.
Now, what I want to know is, is it better to have the full show in one thread (a post/reply per segment) or to have separate threads for each segment and link them up.
Thanks in advance.

I recommend you either do full show in one thread or post reply per segment linking them can work if you have a long show but some computers won't load them fast enough and will end up having the reader bored while waiting for the pics to load

I think one thread per show works well. I'm on a crappy netbook and the internet here isn't too great, but it loads just fine and rather quickly.

Thanks, Micro. Will keep that in mind.
The show is complete, just need to proofread it and what not.

Proboards is a great place to start.
I suggest posting each segment as either a new thread, or a new reply. If you have too much media on one page it takes a lot of time to load. With new threads, it cuts down the loading time.
However, after you get your feet wet in Pic-Fedding, I suggest learning some simple HTML and moving to Webs. That's what I did after my first four shows on Proboards, and the production value increases tenfold. It just looks a lot neater than with Proboards.
Either route you decide to go, looking forward to your stuff!

I used to use Webs/Freewebs, but now they say they don't offer the HTML only site builder anymore, so not too sure what do about that.
