Rick Steiner did use Demolition Crush's legs. I don't remember Doink using previous parts althought looking at it now I wouldn't be too shocked if the torso and legs were re-used.

I thought Doink used Greg Valentine's legs, slightly re-done to remove the shin guard. I don't know about the rest, but I do remember thinking that his non-action arm was a pretty crappy choice.
