so anyway Ben E, where ever you are.

My low-carb almond waffles were pretty good. I had three tablespoons of walmart coconut (5 g sugar per two tablespoons) and four squares of nestle's bittersweet baking chocolate (5 g sugar per square at 8 squares a bar is a little steep, but not too terrible compared . id eat a whole thing on even a low calorie cardio day.)

The coconut didnt make it taste amazing, but it did add a nice texture. i could add more coconut next time. I liked the texture of the chunked up chocolate bar, and it added an AMAZING taste.
I felt like I was in the first grade again, eating Eggo frozen crap 'breakfasts'.

They tasted great and were relatively natural. I put on sugar free syrup- splenda-based (one of the more accepted sugar substitutes from what I've read).


I ate my two waffles (almonds makes them HIGH in calorie) alongside a simple mixture of almond milk/ three scoops of whey protein/half cup of blueberries.

Overall, my post-workout meal yielded 1920 kcals, 127 g carbs (47 g sugar, and this is DAMN LOW for a meal of waffles and berries on the side but I'm sure that it gave me a good insulin spike that helps with anabolism), and 133 g protein (boo-yah!).

Saturated fat content in my PWO meal? 179% of what the US gov recommends for a 2000 calorie diet.
I only count saturated fat percentages on my Excel sheet to laugh at conventional wisdom and the people who tell me that so much fat will make me fat. Slimmer and stronger than ever. #ArrogantNutritionMaster

meh. I have series 11 with the cool Nexus attire (I liked the new Nexus shirt enough to buy it last september even though it was outdated. but it's 2XL and way too big for me now )


Anyway, I don't love series 16, but I'd be willing to buy you an extremely rare series 12 Randy Orton elite figure and trade you across the pond for that Punk.
