Weighed in this morning on the regular scale at 212 even. just like last week.

Wii fit tonight put me at 209.3 (this subtracts 2 pounds for light clothing and is naturally different). My Wii-weigh-in for July 17, the last time i weighed on there, was 209.5... so basically I maintained my bodyweight in the last month. But my lifts have increased significantly, and there is some visible musclez.

The slow and steady recomposition wagon is in full swing. the high fat dietary mastery is working well. . (sips green tea).



supper tonight was only 880 kcals. pizza omelet with six eggs, half cup of shredded cheese, three tbs grated parm, 1/4 cup of doctored up sauce, and a whole bunch of minced garlic and green herbs. Cooked in a tablespoon of coconut oil. cup of unsweetened almond milk on the side.

Other random thought: Johnny Curtis's theme is kind of cool.




He's by no means a favourite of mine. in fact id usually fast forward his parts of the regular old NXT. but whatever. the letsgetweird thing is pretty okay.
