Breakfast: Apple Dinner: Two Quorn burgers with Lettuce and no cheese washed down with plain ol' water. Tom Skelton confirmed for banter nutritional expert. Here's a non-trolling, totally logical response (aka I'm being serious, not just banter gimmicking..) Quorn is a processed, fake food.... exactly what I'm against. I'm not calling you out, Mr. Skeleton, you know I love you (that's becoming a normal line for me to use when I rip people a new one nutritionally lol).... but I'm just saying this about the tofu/Quorn/imitation meats/vegetarian diets in general: If someone is against the idea of farming/eating meat then I'm cool with that. However, if someone is going meat free for the sake of health in general (unless that someone is Daniel Bryan and is doing it as a means to control rashes or something), then I think that person is backwards and they might be sabotaging themselves. The vegetarian lifestyle, from my understanding, rejects healthy, protein-rich meats and has a tendency to replace them with heavily processed soy-based products. Of course there is also a likely heavy emphasis on grains, legumes, and other carbohydrate-high meals. Not the best for general health or nutrition from my school of thought.

Yeah, I only eat it as a meat substitute, not because it's 'healthy'

i know how hard it is. but it's really helping me out.
i mean a year ago i just started eating way less.
then I lost weight but stayed chubby as heck for a while. cause I would still drink slushies and eat candy. just in moderation. then I started calorie counting, but didnt count that much other stuff. still a ton of sugar.
it wasn't until late april when i started the low carb thign that I legitimately started my excel sheet to track kcals/carbs (and fiber and sugar)/protein. and saturated fat percentage just to laugh at people who say saturated fat is bad.
and damn im getting the results I want.
it's hard stuff baby. shucks.

Enderson. I would stick with just the bacon and the eggs my friend. Although I don't mind sugary cereals as a post-lift meal; BUT fruit loops have canola oil I think. bad industrial veggie oils are BAD. and a lot of cereals got that corn syrup. screw that. I have found that some generic brands actually dont have as much junk. Clove Valley (Dollar General brand) fruit loops ARE sugary, but they don't have junk oils. I actuall just bought some IGA brand apple jacks. sugary, yes, but strategically eaten after a lift can be pretty okay IMO.

I did it a few years ago, successfully. I walked to college and back every day, cut eating down to about two meals a day and clubbing once every two weeks. It quickly burns it off.
Then I dropped out of college and lost the motivation =[

damn it man :/ come on. you can TURN IT AROUND.
but shoot walking is good. i live in an apartment that's about a 15-20 minute walk to my classes, downhill. i would always walk down every day (but usually take the bus back up). that walk burned like 120 calories according to my ipod nano pedometer. that's CRAZY AWESOME. walking is really good for fat burning tbh lol.

Hey man, I want to thank you for asking this question, and welcome to regular banter BTW. I don't have enough of a background in vegan foods to suggest the proper way to eat that diet by means of what I would consider "healthy". Personally, I have modified and tweaked the paleo/primal diet as the main inspiration of my way of eating; it wasn't until I embraced protein and saturated fat instead of carbohydrates and fake foods that I really started to become visibly muscular and little less doughy. I was still eating tofu and Veggie Patch Chickn nuggets and crap like that back in May. Still was fat, still was weak. If you're against eating meat for other personal reasons, I respect you and your dedication. On the contrary, I bring back my rant about the 'health' of veganism. If someone is against the idea of farming/eating meat then I'm cool with that. Now, to fix the Tensai syndrome as you call it (that's a nice way of describing it LOL), I CAN suggest heavy lifting to build muscle and strength. Do big compound lifts like bench press/shoulder press/squat/deadlift/cleans/rows. Pick a weight that you can only do for about 5-8 reps for 3-4 sets. Don't bother doing endless bicep curls or situps if you want to gain some real power and strength. Eat high protein by whatever means you will allow yourself to. Random idea tacked on for this rant- I can't say enough how much I absolutely HATE soy. I really think soy protein isolate is bad for you, and there is some evidence for that. I've even heard that it's bad for men specifically because it promotes estrogen growth and can make dudes develop boobs. That's why I don't eat most commercial protein bars, and read labels really really closely. That being said, my favourite fitness guy says that 'soy lecithin' isn't bad because it's derived from the soy plant-thing but doesn't actually contain it. Tht's why I can allow myself to eat the occasional 90% dark chocolate bar even on low-carb off daysAs always, I DO admit that this is all anecdotal broscience. But it's a start. Also, for you and JayDeePee and anyone else who hasn't yet seen this picture, here it is: Right now I'm down to 208. #itsnotshowingoffifyoubackitup #jameswnutritionmaster

banter has died down now that ive settled in with my math book, green tea, and seinfeld for the night.
though my second supper (BACON SHAKE) is gonna be made at 8. I just had yesterday's leftover chicken with a fresh batch of barbeque sauce. did the regular life cereal with added cinnamon on the post-lift.
