Jables might think I'm Hardcore as Fudge after last night. Had to help the techs at my psych ward I guard bring a attempted suicide to the hospital to get patched up. She sliced both her forearms open like filet mignon. I have never seen someone fight treatment so hard in my life. I don't care how much you weigh or how talk you are, when you have no disregard for your life, the pure anger in your mind will give you the strength to do superhuman feats. Mind you, I'm six one, 310+. And we needed five people to hold this girl down. She may have weighed 130 tops, maybe five five. This is the aftermath of my uniform after we finally got her under sedation.  Suffice it to say I chucked it in the trash and had to text my lady for one of my other shirts. Now I carry a spare. Lol. And now I'm gonna eat my dinner of browned pork roast with gravy, Mexican cornbread, and sweet pea salad. #MoreHardcoreThanYouAnyWhey |

im running into a whole bunch of people who are huge fans of my work, and asking me to critique them. my one friend eats poptartz though :/
but I'm slowly converting folks to a more primal diet. as I myself become more primal.
today was only 23 g carbs.
tomorrow is a modest 73.
tuesday is back+shoulders+bis. where I will go up to 327. #CarbRefeed with fun generic brand apple jacks and a heaping bowl of pasta. bah. 'balanced' diet compared to standard folks like dr. oz puppets.
i can probably drop below 200 by the middle of the month easily. this will be fun.
