are there any healthy cereals besides the usual bran flakes? Kashi: Puffs Post's Shredded Wheat Original Kashi puffs- can't find the nutrition facts (they wont load when I check the site)... hmm... Post stuff- eh. pure carbs but nothing too bad about it I guess. Jamie's honest opinion: skipping the cereals is OPTIMAL unless you're carbing up for exercise and stuff. there's nothing inherintly healthy about even the 'health' ones. If you must eat breakfast, have some eggs and a meat. maybe even some fresh fruit (banana smoothie with whey protein and almond milk sounds like a tasty choice to me!). |

ima do some curry-rubbed chicken fried in coconut oily oily on wednesday.
tomorrow i'm finally doing generic apple jacks (no junk oils!) on the post-lift, whole wheat pasta as 'lunch', and some eggs as supper

i found out the other day that this one person I acted with actually acted in a christmas play with gene snitsky. so by the transitive property, I acted with gene snitsky. and by the transitive property again, me acting with snitsky means I acted in the WWE.

wow. just looked on my itunes. the micheal mcgillicutty theme is my go-to workout song. it's so intense. I love it.
and now it is tied for first place in number of plays, matched up with The Killers's "The Ballad of Michael Valentine".
intense.
dr who theme metal remix is up next, and that is tied with Neon Tree's 1983.
then there's random ones like flying battery zone act 2 (best running song ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) and Killers's Andy You're a Star.
