If dude expects to pull $900 for those figures, it might be a good idea to ATTEMPT to make it look like they weren't played with and thrown in a bin. This was my first thought. If I'm dropping $900 - and paying full retail for each figure - they'd better be straight out of the box condition. Even if the figure is valuable, any noticeable wear makes them worth less than retail, IMO.

I've honestly been considering selling a collection of 200 or so Basic and Elite figures on an "auction site", and asking the same amount. I just haven't had the nerve to do it because I REALLY don't want to. The majority of my collection was sent to me for photographing for Mattel (and has only set on shelves for display after) but I really need studio lighting and a new computer that I can use for better (and faster) image/video processing.
--Also, I've been really procrastinating boxing them all up with proper shipping materials. Hell, I don't even know what a good asking price for all of them would be (any solid advice would be wonderful)
But yeah, word to the wise, don't bid/buy from anyone without feedback. I've been burned before that way. It sucks, big.

Well, I mean...there's Michael Cole there that could easily get you like $70. there's E11 Punk, another $60, E9 Ryder another $70, RSC Bret like $30...
yeah, I'd say about right.

He should have taken each figure and layed them out with their proper accessories. I am a loose collector, but when I am boxing my figs I wrap each one in bubble wrap and ziplock accessories.
This guy maybe an honest person trying to unload his collection due a to a life situation. I actually bought some really good items, one of them being a real Chucky head laytex negative from the movie production, from a 0 feedback seller but they were also throwing the buyer a bone buy selling items at really reasonable prices because of their lack of feedbacks.
Like others said if these weren't piled on one another It would be a really good lot, but at $900 off the bat there is no telling the condition. NTM he has some really good figures in that set, shame.

$900 / $15(per elite) = 60 figures. So IF there are 60 elite figures there, it'd about retail price--- assuming all accessories are included. Why would you pay retail for something that has already been opened, played with, piled, and possibly damaged? This guy may have gotten 900 dollars or more for his figures had he sold them off one by one. Also talking time to take a nice picture, and write a good description of what he's got would have helpled him.

Don't forget to that most those figures can't be gotten in retail anymore, and if you were going to order those you would be spending up to $50 each on certain ones. Also RSC Bret is in there and he is an online exclusive only that costs $30. So yes, $900 is about right if not a real good deal depending how many are there. I have 120 Mattel elites including divas and if i was going to sell my collection, I thought about doing it at $2000 free shipping with the rings and everything and thats cause I got divas, customs, flashbacks, accessories, rings, all the boxes etc.

Maybe if all of these figures were MOC it'd be worth it, but not piled up like that. Who knows what smudges and chips and figures automatically lose almost half of their value one they are opened. So people who are saying the Punk is worth 60 bucks and the Bret is worth 30 bucks loose are out of their minds when RSC is selling that Bret for 28 MIB. Maybe 5-600.

i love the haphazard pics. totally ridiculous. i mean it seems like the dude doesnt really wanna sell and has adopted the attitude if you wanna buy it go ahead f*** you
or maybe he's just never sold anything and doesnt know the etiquette. but ya $900 to me is a steep starting price, but not so steep if he doesnt really wanna let them go anyway.

If people are blowing over 100 for a Nash its not to hard to believe someone would pay 900 for all that. Honestly its not worth that much since they are all open and who knows if any are broken and glued, paint ware etc. If they were all MIP that would be a really nice deal.

This guy is insane, he is asking for retail on used items. I just think the seller is lazy by putting up a bulk auction that won't sell instead of taking pictures of every figure and selling them individually or selling them in sets of 5-6 figures.

Somebody buys Kane from Kmart.com. Steals the mask. Returns Kane to Kmart sans mask. Gets money back. Now his regular Kane, basic or elite has a new mask.

I just saw 20 elites go for close to 400 bucks but it had like Diesel, Yoko, Booker T and some other good ones in it.
