I bought some Gold Chain craft stuff from ebay and just make my own, I used one on a custom Razor this week as well. Like pc83uk said its an Early Godfather, I would have def put green pants or something but I really like the Godfather in all black. An Easy swap tho with some Malphs pants and an old Jakks vest
