If anyone has tips on getting a flatter stomach please do tell! oh benny, sweet benny boy. That really doesn't sound that bad, much like Kyle the thread creator. So I'd say simply work hard at lifting while eating at-or-slightly-below maintenance levels. Do cardio on non-lifting days and you'll slim down while probably adding good lean body mass (noob lifting gains). Eat healthy, real foods. Avoid conventional wisdom 'facts' that aren't backed by research. Would you like me to make you an epic PM? (not to change the topic to me. but today is my one year anniversary of realizing I needed to change. In one calender year I lost an even 120 pounds. I'm glad to spread some of my anecdotal knowledge for anyone who wants help)

Well I went to the Gym Monday with my older brother, who is flippin ripped !
Im doing cardio for now, after I drop about 10, 15 pounds, i will lifting more.
Any cardio exercises to do at the gym other than the treadmill?
Its hard because I have a messed up growth plate in my right foot.
