Nice work. I made almost the exact same Hogan on my first attempt.
Over time, I have learned how to mix paint better and I now try to make the head's skintone match the body when I made a custom for someone.

I hate that torso for Hogan. In his career, Hogan was built, but he was never ripped.
Might I suggest a different torso? Bulldog, Kozlov, Hillbilly Jim?
You're off to a right start, so I'mma do this nice and easy:
1. Head and body skin tones don't match.
2. Gap on the thighs; did you use different legs?
3. Paint splatter: white on the left hand, red on the right. Left shoulder too?
Slow down, take it slow. You're in the right direction, just need to pay a bit more attention to detail.
