My mattel rep said she could not do a rtv (return to vender) on them. One of my coworkers had the idea to call other TRUs and transfer them there, but our manager vetoed that idea. We then decided to do a direct mark down on the old packaging (survivor series packaging) ones to clear out space. So we marked 16 Cenas down to $4.90. After a week we sold 2. So we marked them down to $2.90 and after 3 days at that price we have sold 0.
To make this worth while..... how many mattel Cenas do you own? And at what price would you buy another?
I have 5. BOPPV elite, BOPPV basic, Elite 7, DM, and smash scenes bc I wanted the light. (11 jakks too)
I do plan to get his elite with the camo, but other than that all I want is his debut attire. I will probably get stuck buying him for BAF sets in the future too.

None, and i wouldnt pay more than $5 for a cena, unless its the raw live one (Id buy that)

I have zero Cenas from Mattel, and DA1, RA11 & AD17 (green jersey) from Jakks. I'll probably get the Rise Above Hate one coming out.

I only started collection Mattels for around 2-3 weeks and I already have 3 Cenas. I guess I would buy another for $3.

I have all the elites, mainly cause of the different attires. Believe me, not a huge cena fan, but I can appreciate the different colors and look cool lined up. Will buy the next camo elite and probably the kmart live one, and also his dm figure as that is when he was actually cool.

Here is a little list I made of all the Mattel Cenas, so I could avoid buying the same figure. Didn't work out that way with the 4-packs and the build-a-stuff. The ones with * I have so far. So I have 20? Yuck. Mattel has made way way too many of them - and they show no sign of that stupidity ending any time soon. My favorite is the belt pack with Edge (black jeans) and the worst is PPV 11, IMO.

i wouldn't buy any basic cena's...except the one w/ the green wrists/arm bands...maybe for an elite fixup.
I think the Rise Above Hate Cena is my 2nd favorite in the elite 17 set.

I have a Jakks one that came in a double pack with Big Show. And I have Mattel B1 1 of 1000. That's it. I'm tryingto find a DM as that is the only onion truly want.

At less than $5 a pop, I would buy several and donate them to Toys For Tots or something. I donated a bunch of Moolahs back in the day when they were clogging up the shelves, I'm sure they made some little girl very happy (and a little confused).

I have e11 and summerslam heritage (green wristbands). I didnt really want either, but i did the arm swap so id have an up to date cena. I put the e11 accessories on the ssh. I would pay 0 for another cena.

I just have the E14 Cena in red, because it was from MITB. I am thinking about the RAH elite one, but I don't know if I'll actually bother.

Id take a current one at those super low prices since I only have one or two and just do fixups but its clear there are too many cenas around. Mattel said they want to make it so there is one or two there each time a kid goes to the store but there is clearly too much beyond that.

I still have Elite 3, but have 2 different shirts and hats, so thats good enough for me. I would pay a dime for Cena. I would buy several for a dime actually, and give them all to charity. That would be what it would take to buy another Cena.
