Word is that WWE has instituted an “unspoken” for matches that take place on the new WWE Saturday Morning Slam show. The new show, which is aimed at children, will not feature moves aimed at the neck, which would include anything from a simple headlock to the RKO. The feeling is that with the show being aimed at children, moves performed to the neck might come off as too violent. With that being the case, WWE is avoiding any type of offense that gives the appearance of “snapping” or targeting the neck area. The show debuts on the CW Network on August 25th. Let's ban wrestling moves and have them dance instead.

Ahahahaha, oh dear.
Just have them hug each other before one lays down and lets the opponent win.
I'm sorry, I was 8 when I started watching wrestling, when it was actually violent, and I didn't think it was too violent. Kids like watching fights.

If no headlocks or RKO's means no Randy Orton, I have a new favorite WWE program.

yeah i started watching the WWF when I was 8 years old...me and my friends would put each other in headlocks all the time....no one died
this is stupid. utterly stupid. "yeah lets watch the two wrestlers just walk around the ring and punch each other! great match!"

Where do they go from the lock up? Guess this show definitely won't include any chain wrestling. Haha

Jesus Christ, why don't they just put on a John Cena cartoon instead? It can be about how he takes over for Clark Kent as the new Superman.

WWE just amazes me too much. If this is true, then boy the rating for that show is going to be crap.

Is this real WTF is going on in Titan Towers, This is why old school wrestling fans hate the current WWE product. I been watching wrestling sents i been little and no one time did i ever get it in my head i could do any of what i saw on TV you know why because my parents told me they had to train and work to do that thats because today parents just use a tv as a babysitter and then when there kids get hurt their like omg law suit. Get the F@#$ outta here with this BS

I mean, it's not like I was going to watch anyway.
Still, though, that seems pretty crazy. There's so many moves that involve the head and neck in someway, it's bound to impede on the their ability to perform. Something as simple as a headlock is so engrained in a wrestler's brain that I can imagine it's going to be tough to put a match together, and call it in the ring.

Honestly, it could be chock full of blood and chair shots and I wasn't likely to watch it anyway.
