Thoughts on the Ringside 20 Piece Accessory Pack?

I think its awesome! killer of them to have made this.

As much as I hate Jakks, I actually kind of like this. If Mattel ever made one of these, then I will more than likely buy 2.

It's an easy pass for me just because I have never been a fan of the weapon accesorie. Personally have never been a fan of the "hardcore" style of wrestling either, so that is probably why. Just don't care to see people getting beat up with the strangest weapon you can think of.

Pretty cool assortment. Only items I'm not too fond of are the bent pipe, WWII infantry stretcher, tombstone and the road block/barricade. Love that the ladder has painted steps.

I'm hoping the gurney gets re-released one day.

All the people saying that they are not buying this just because it isn't made by Mattel sound like such idiots because let's face it, what is the difference in a Mattel table and a Jakks Table for example? None, if anything you should all be grateful for getting such a large set of accessories from Jakks for a decent price because lets face it, if Mattel made this and it didn't sell millions of sets in the first few days of release, they would probably pull it from production never to be seen again...

My point is that people saying "I liked this at first, but then I found out it wasn't made by Mattel so I don't like it now" just sounds just plain stupid and very disrespectful towards the manufacturers.... This is just my honest opinion, I personally think this is a great set even if it does come with a few lackluster items (Steel Pipe, cookie tray etc) But it is a steal considering how much things like ladders and tables go for on eBay currently. And I cannot wait to get this.

Although reading though the thread again, it does seem to be a select few that said those kind f things about it.

This is a cool idea. They literally have over a decade's worth of accessories they can draw back to for this. Some of these have been around as long as BCA, but a lot of them debuted in TTL. They included some more sought after ones like the camera, barbed wire board, etc. Neat stuff.

I wish they'd airbrush their tables like they used to early on in TTL. I have 2-3 tables with the dark wood effect, and they look so much better.

I'd like to see Mattel shift gears to something like this with RSC. I'd love to get a metallic silver ladder one of these days, but it's probably too costly to do in Elite. It'd be cool if they had $10 sets on that included that latter, a deluxe table, and shiny "dentable" folding chair. Perhaps they could eventually do ringskirts and stuff once they make a bigger ring (not the Elite one, but one bigger than the normal one at retail).

Just seems dated. Nothing really new. Just goes to show how little effort Jakks has put out for their TNA line IMO.
