Apparently so.
We have gotten a lot of emails asking why Ring of Honor star Rhett Titus appeared during a backstage segment on Raw featuring Vince McMahon.
In asking around, I am told that Titus has not signed a WWE deal. He was booked last week to come and work this week's TV tapings in something of a tryout and as part of that, he worked as an extra backstage.
Titus is not currently signed to ROH and has not been for many months. Since the current storyline is that SCUM has been broken up and run out of ROH, Titus did not have any ROH commitment, thus he's looked into work elsewhere.
Again, he has not signed a deal as that would require all the physical tests, etc. and Titus has not undergone any of that process.

Got my DBD tickets yesterday. Don't trust GA anymore, due to lack of comfort and the crazy GA Philly fans. Front row was sold out and I couldn't get 2 tickets together in the second row... so I ended up grabbing third row.

I'm assuming ACH will win the fan voting. It leaves 2 spots left & Nigel said the last one will be huge. I have nothing to back this up with, but I'm going to say Low Ki or KENTA.

So, it's safe to say the finals will see Elgin vs. Mark. Followed by Jay confronting the new ROH World Champion, Mark Briscoe.

I really wish the Briscoes were gone for good. No offense to them but everything about them is just old to me. I seriously hope Mark doesn't win the tournament...

I can't see Mark winning. It's him against Cole in the first round. I just can't see Cole going down that fast.
