I went to the Columbus show too.
Went with a friend who isn't really a wrestling fan and he loved it.
Pretty standard ROH show. Lots of good stuff.
I was never a big fan of Hansen. Until last night. Jesus, that dudes a work horse. Given time, I think he could be a huge name and one of the best big men ever. (I still hate his gear though). Him getting the win over Lethal got a huge pop.

I'm not caught up on the current product so my cousin had to keep me updated on who certain people were, but yeah that match was Lethal was pretty damn good. Personally the Sydal/ACH match stole the show for me. Fantastic. Was confused though as Matt played heel most the match only to be a face at the end.

Jay vs Cole for ROH world title reDRagon vs Time Splitters for ROH tag belts
The card for Final Battle so far. I hope Sydal/Alexander or Alexander/Okada happens at Final Battle

Bennett, Maria, and Taven will miss Final Battle. They will be participating the the New Japan Global Tag League and the tour ends on the same day as Final Battle.
To me, that sets up an interesting story going into the Final Battle main event: What will Adam Cole do when he has to go it alone?

Currently watching Global Wars on DVD; shoutout to Wicked and his 'Fear The Mullet' sign for Elgin... Not a bad show so far, but is worlds away from the ROH that I remember fondly years ago...no one really lets anyone digest any move or moment anymore; just a frenetic pace that borders on non-stop... Thanks and I feel the exact same way. The crowd was crap at that show too. Damn SMARKY morons almost ruined the show. It was pretty awesome live. Liger pointed at me, O'Reilly sleazed it up for me, and Nakamura looked right at me while I was cheering.

I noticed the crowd was off, especially during Roddy/Cedric. If you build a match around backbreakers it'd be great to see someone sell them, but to no avail...to win with a small package was expected and lame IMO. Anyway, I appreciate your insights on the show...will see how War of the Worlds was down the line... I liked Nakamura and Jado vs. Liger and Tanahashi, reDRagon vs. Briscoes vs. The Decade, Forever Hooligans vs. Time Splitters vs. Young Bucks, and Steen vs. Cole the best out of the whole card. I think either Liger's or Steen's match stole the show for me just because of how awesome both matches were. I was the only Cole fan cheering for him with a Steen shirt on. Anytime Cole would hit a big move I'd stand up and yell "ADAM COLE BAY BAY!" I was the only one ... I initially yelled "Mount Rushmore Please don't fight and they both turned and laughed."

That should have been on PPV instead of Best in the World seriously.

Adam Cole and Matt Sydal had a pretty good match last night on TV. Sydal pulled off something that was described as a reverse hurricanrana which I had never seen before around midway through.

Hi, first post on the website. Just thought I'd tell you all, the Ring of Honor/Preston City Wrestling shows over this past weekend in the UK were great. I managed to get to two of the four shows. Roderick Strong vs Paul London was amazing, as was the Briscoes vs ReDragon. I'm not sure if you guys across the pond will get the chance to see these shows, but if you do have the opportunity you should definitely pick up the DVDs when they come out.

I think I remember reading somewhere that ROH did plan on making those ROH/PCW shows available as VODs at some point on the ROH site.
Finally got a chance to watch Glory by Honor last night. Overall a good show and a great lead in for Final Battle. I seriously can't wait for Sunday.

Got around to watching last week's TV; I was pleasantly surprised by Hanson vs. AJ Styles. Part of me really thought AJ was done after that sit-out driver.

Pretty good Final Battle, I thought. LOVED the main event, but disappointed with the outcome.
