Not sure if this has been posted or not.
In last weeks Wrestling Observer Newsletter Dave Meltzer reported that CMLL has signed a deal with SF Toymakers to make new figures of their talent. Should be some cool figures to come out of this deal I would think.
CMLL is currently using Silver King, Dos Caras Jr, Kenzo Suzuki, Ultimo Guerrero, Ultimo Dragon, Marco Corleone (aka Mark Jindrak), Johnny Stamboli and more.

If they are smart, they will be articulated and along the size of tna or jakks figures. Depending how they turn out, I'll probably get them.

Now that's sweet; OSFTM goes back to their wrestlingroots: back to CMLL! They'll probably still use the ECW scale/style.
Weird that the toymakers site doesn't report this...

Yeah Meltzer rarely reports on action figure news, so it really stuck out in the newsletter. He is also rarely wrong on his news reports, so I am hoping this comes out to be true and they produce some great figs.

I am a really big Lucha fan, although I speak not one word of Spanish lol. However, I have seen two new figures pop up on ebay of my favorite wrestler/luchador Mistico. i15.ebayimg.com/02/i/08/1c/f1/0e_1.JPGThats one, I am not a big fan of them giving him a blue color, but the fig looks cool still i17.ebayimg.com/01/i/07/d4/a8/74_1.JPGThis one looks pretty cool, comes with a cape (the cape does not look removable though) As far as a Dr. Wagner figure, there is a new one I came acrossed for him as well (same series as the second link I posted above) i11.ebayimg.com/02/i/07/cf/65/06_1.JPG www.luchamania.net is a link that directs you to this guys Ebay auctions, and the figs he is selling look awesome imo |
