No need to give the guy a hard time. He is young and somewhat new to wrestling... and not everyone knows every detail about everything in wrestling.

I knew it's just one of those things I never paid attention to in wrestling. Today, while taking a look at some old WWE magazines, I found a pic of Earl Hebner - current senior referee at iMPACT Wrestling - and I was wondering, did he work for both WWE & TNA? It's ok Coop, you'll learn more as you get older..

This might be dumber than a Triple H fan thread.
Have you not heard of the montreal screwjob.... or seen anything that was WWE related from the last 20 or so years to about 05?...

Dude even my little brother (he is 9) knows that Hebner was in WWE and now is in TNA, but then again i have brain washed him to know alot of wrestling stuff by showing him alot of old wrestling matches and dvds so....don't worry about not knowing, nobody can know everything about wrestling.

Maybe, he doesn't pay attention to the refs, you know, I couldn't name all the current refs and I've watched WWE for eleven years.

I'm 13.... And I knew this.... Will he took part in the Montreal Screw job. I'm pretty sure he did. Thank you for clarifying to me its just not an age issue. This is just trolling, or wrestling ignorance. Even if you dont "pay attention to the referees" everyone knows Earl Hebner. He did some of the biggest matches. Its kind of hard to buy any 3-disc DVD nowadays and NOT find Earl Hebner somewhere.

Yes Earl and his twin brother Dave both worked for WWE and TNA Earl got fired for selling unauthorized Merchandise I thought it was they stole WWE merch and sold it from their store. It's a little of both. One of the perks of being a WWE Superstar is access to free merchandise. Earl and Dave were selling the merchandise, in a store they part-owned, that they were getting for free, therefore at an obvious profit margin of 100%. While not necessarily illegal, it is a betrayal of the company's generousity, and also cheats the company out of their cut of the sales had they gone about selling the merchandise through traditional means (i.e. buying it wholesale from WWE, then selling it at retail).

I'm amazed at how almost everyone is on his ass over this. So what? Might just be me, but when I was thirteen I didn't know everything there is to know about WWE refs. He didn't know, now move on with your lives.
